Then Leah said,“ How happy I am! The women will call me happy.” So she named him Asher.

And Leah said,“ Happy am I! For women have called me happy.” So she called his name Asher.

And Leah named him Asher, for she said,“ What joy is mine! Now the other women will celebrate with me.”

Leah said,“ I am happy that the women call me happy,” so she named him Asher.

Then Leah said,“ I am happy, for the daughters will call me blessed.” So she called his name Asher.

Leah said,“ I am happy that the women call me happy,” so she named him Asher.

And Leah said, Happy am I, for the daughters will call me blessed: and she called his name Asher.

Leah said,“ How happy I am, for women will call me happy!” So she named him Asher.

Leah said,“ Happy am I, for the daughters will call me happy.” She named him Asher.

For he hath looked upon the low estate of his handmaid: For behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.

and the sons of Zilpah, Leah’s handmaid: Gad and Asher: these are the sons of Jacob, that were born to him in Paddan- aram.

Out of Asher his bread shall be fat, And he shall yield royal dainties.

And of Asher he said, Blessed be Asher with children; Let him be acceptable unto his brethren, And let him dip his foot in oil.Thy bars shall be iron and brass; And as thy days, so shall thy strength be.
