After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

The Lord God drove him out and then placed angels on the east side of the garden. He also placed there a flaming sword that flashed back and forth. The angels and the sword guarded the way to the tree of life.

After sending them out, the Lord God stationed mighty cherubim to the east of the Garden of Eden. And he placed a flaming sword that flashed back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

关于天使，他确实说：“神使他的天使为风，使他的仆役为烈火。”

他以风作自己的使者，以火焰作自己的仆役。

所以在哪里这些罪得了赦免，在哪里就不再有赎罪的供物了。因此，弟兄们，我们藉着耶稣的血，可以坦然无惧地进入至圣所。他为我们开辟了一条又新又活的道路，从幔子经过；这幔子就是他的身体。既然我们有一位伟大的祭司管理神的家，既然我们的心被血洒过，脱离了罪恶感，身体也被清水洗净了，就让我们怀着真诚的心，以确信不移的信仰近前来；

耶稣说：“我就是道路、真理、生命。要不是藉着我，没有人能到父那里去。

耶和华神在东方的伊甸栽种了一个园子，把所塑造的那人安置在那里。耶和华神使各样的树从地里长出来，令人眼目喜爱，作为食物也很好；在园子的中间有生命树和分辨善恶树。

耶和华作王，万民当颤抖！他坐在基路伯之上，大地当摇撼！

于是民众派人去示罗，从那里把坐在基路伯之上的万军之耶和华的约柜抬来，以利的两个儿子何弗尼和非尼哈也跟着神的约柜来了。

以色列的牧者啊，引领约瑟如同引领羊群的那一位啊，求你倾听！坐在基路伯之上的那一位啊，求你发出光芒！
