耶和华神又对亚当说：“因为你听从了你妻子的话，吃了我吩咐你不可吃的那树上的果子；地就必因你的缘故受咒诅；你必终生劳苦，才能从地里得吃的。

又对亚当说：“你既听从妻子的话，吃了我所吩咐你不可吃的那树上的果子，地必为你的缘故受咒诅；你必终身劳苦才能从地里得吃的。

又对亚当说：“你既听从你妻子的话，吃了那树上所出的，就是我吩咐你不可吃的，土地必因你的缘故受诅咒；你必终生劳苦才能从土地得吃的。

又对亚当说：“你既听从你妻子的话，吃了那树上所出的，就是我吩咐你不可吃的，土地必因你的缘故受诅咒；你必终生劳苦才能从土地得吃的。

耶和华上帝又对亚当说：“因为你听从妻子的话，吃了我吩咐你不可吃的果子，地必因你而受咒诅。你必终生艰辛劳苦，才能吃到地里出产的食物。

神又对亚当说：“因为你听从了你妻子的话，吃了我吩咐你‘不可吃’的那棵树的果实，土地就因你的缘故受诅咒；你一生所有的日子都必辛苦，才能从土地得吃的。

又對亞當說：你既聽從妻子的話，吃了我所吩咐你不可吃的那樹上的果子，地必為你的緣故受咒詛；你必終身勞苦才能從地裏得吃的。

又對亞當說：「你既聽從你妻子的話，吃了那樹上所出的，就是我吩咐你不可吃的，土地必因你的緣故受詛咒；你必終生勞苦才能從土地得吃的。

又對亞當說：「你既聽從你妻子的話，吃了那樹上所出的，就是我吩咐你不可吃的，土地必因你的緣故受詛咒；你必終生勞苦才能從土地得吃的。

耶和華上帝又對亞當說：「因為你聽從妻子的話，吃了我吩咐你不可吃的果子，地必因你而受咒詛。你必終生艱辛勞苦，才能吃到地裡出產的食物。

耶和華神又對亞當說：“因為你聽從了你妻子的話，吃了我吩咐你不可吃的那樹上的果子；地就必因你的緣故受咒詛；你必終生勞苦，才能從地裡得吃的。

對亞當永恆主上帝則說：『你既聽了你妻子的話，喫那樹上的果子，就是我吩咐你說：「不可喫」的，那麼土地就必因你的緣故而受咒詛；儘你一生的日子你必勞苦，才能從土地得喫的；

神又對亞當說：「因為你聽從了你妻子的話，吃了我吩咐你『不可吃』的那棵樹的果實，土地就因你的緣故受詛咒；你一生所有的日子都必辛苦，才能從土地得吃的。

謂亞當曰、爾既聽婦言、食我所禁之果、土必緣爾見詛、爾畢生勤勞、食其所產、

To Adam he said,“ Because you listened to your wife and ate fruit from the tree about which I commanded you,‘ You must not eat from it,’“ Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat food from it all the days of your life.

The Lord God said to Adam,“ You listened to your wife’s suggestion. You ate fruit from the tree I warned you about. I said,‘ You must not eat its fruit.’“ So I am putting a curse on the ground because of what you did. All the days of your life you will have to work hard. It will be painful for you to get food from the ground.

And to Adam he said,“ Because you have listened to the voice of your wife and have eaten of the tree of which I commanded you,‘ You shall not eat of it,’ cursed is the ground because of you; in pain you shall eat of it all the days of your life;

And to the man he said,“ Since you listened to your wife and ate from the tree whose fruit I commanded you not to eat, the ground is cursed because of you. All your life you will struggle to scratch a living from it.

And he said to the man,“ Because you listened to your wife and ate from the tree about which I commanded you,‘ Do not eat from it’: The ground is cursed because of you. You will eat from it by means of painful labor all the days of your life.

Then to Adam He said,“ Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree about which I commanded you, saying,‘ You shall not eat from it’; Cursed is the ground because of you; With hard labor you shall eat from it All the days of your life.

Then to Adam He said,“ Because you have heeded the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying,‘ You shall not eat of it’:“ Cursed is the ground for your sake; In toil you shall eat of it All the days of your life.

And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in toil shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

And He said to Adam,“ Because you listened to your wife’s voice and ate from the tree about which I commanded you,‘ Do not eat from it’: The ground is cursed because of you. You will eat from it by means of painful labor all the days of your life.

And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed[ is] the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat[ of] it all the days of thy life;

But to Adam he said,“ Because you obeyed your wife and ate from the tree about which I commanded you,‘ You must not eat from it,’ cursed is the ground thanks to you; in painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life.

To Adam he said,“ Because you have listened to your wife’s voice, and ate from the tree, about which I commanded you, saying,‘ You shall not eat of it,’ the ground is cursed for your sake. You will eat from it with much labor all the days of your life.

因为被造的万物服在虚空之下，不是自己愿意这样，而是由于使它屈服的那一位；被造的万物盼望自己得着释放，脱离败坏的奴役，得着神儿女荣耀的自由。我们知道被造的万物直到现在都一同在痛苦呻吟。

就给他起名叫挪亚，说：“这儿子必使我们从地上的操作和手中的劳苦得着安慰，因为耶和华曾经咒诅这地。”

大地被其上的居民玷污，因为他们犯了律法，违了律例，背了永远的约。因此，大地被咒诅吞灭，地上的居民要承担惩罚。因此，地上的居民被焚烧，剩下的人很少。

人的一切劳碌和操心，就是他在日光之下所劳碌的，对自己有什么益处呢？其实终其一生，他的担子既痛苦又烦恼，在夜间也不能安心。这也是虚空。

“妇人所生的日子短少，满有搅扰；

你们清早起来，很晚才歇息，吃劳碌得来的饭，都是徒然；因为主必使他所爱的安睡。

他终生在黑暗中吃喝，多有愁烦、疾病与愤怨。

患难不从土中生出来，劳碌不由地里长出来；原来人为劳碌而生，如同火花向上飞扬。

恶人的灯何尝熄灭？灾难何尝临到他们身上？神何尝在忿怒中把痛苦分给他们！

于是，女人见那棵树的果子好作食物，又悦人的眼目，而且讨人喜爱，能使人有智慧，就摘下果子来吃了；又给了和她在一起的丈夫，他也吃了。

我曾用智慧专心寻求查究天下所发生的一切事；原来神给予世人的，是劳苦的担子，叫他们为此烦恼。我看过日光之下所发生的一切事，不料，一切都是虚空，都是捕风。

因此我恨恶生命，因为在日光之下所发生的事，都使我厌烦。一切都是虚空，都是捕风。

耶和华神吩咐那人说：“园中各样树上的果子，你都可以吃；只是那知善恶树的果子，你不可吃；因为你吃的时候，你必要死。”

然而我们晓得，凡律法所说的，都是对在律法之下的人说的，好让每一个人都没有话可讲，使全世界的人都伏在神的审判之下。

可是主人对他说：‘你这个又可恶又懒惰的仆人，你既然知道我要在没有撒种的地方收割，在没有散播的地方收聚，那你就应该把我的钱存入银行，到我回来的时候，可以连本带利收回。

主人说：‘可恶的仆人！我要凭你的口定你的罪。你知道我是严厉的人，没有存的要提取，没有种的要收割吗？

传道者说：虚空的虚空。虚空的虚空，一切都是虚空。人的一切劳碌，就是他在日光之下的劳碌，对自己有什么益处呢？

我只吩咐他们这一件事，说：‘你们要听从我的话，我就作你们的神，你们也作我的子民；你们要遵行我所吩咐的一切道，好使你们蒙福。’他们却没有听从，也不留心，反倒按着他们的计谋，随从自己顽梗的恶心行事，向后不向前。

因为悖逆与行邪术的罪相同，顽梗与拜虚无偶像一样，因为你弃绝了耶和华的话，耶和华也弃绝了你作王。”于是扫罗对撒母耳说：“我犯了罪了，我违背了耶和华的命令和你的话，因为我害怕众人，听从了他们的话。

耶和华神说：“谁告诉你，你是赤身露体呢？难道你吃了我吩咐你不可吃的那树上的果子吗？”

王要回答他们：‘我实在告诉你们，这些事你们既然没有作在一个最小的身上，就是没有作在我的身上了。’

我把这些事告诉你们，是要使你们在我里面有平安。在世上你们有患难，但你们放心，我已经胜了这世界。”

然后，我省察我手所作的一切，和我劳碌所成就的，想不到一切都是虚空，都是捕风，在日光之下毫无益处。

就对他说：‘朋友，你没有婚筵的礼服，怎能进到这里来呢？’他就无话可说。

我们因你的怒气而消灭，因你的烈怒而惊恐。你把我们的罪孽摆在你面前，把我们的隐恶摆在你脸光之中。我们一生的日子都在你的震怒中消逝，我们度尽的年岁好像一声叹息。
