The man replied,“ It was the woman you gave me who gave me the fruit, and I ate it.”

那人说：“你所赐给我、与我同居的女人，她把那树上的果子给我，我就吃了。”

那人说：“你赐给我、与我一起的女人，是她把那树上所出的给我，我就吃了。”

那人说：“你赐给我、与我一起的女人，是她把那树上所出的给我，我就吃了。”

那人说：“你赐给我作伴的女人摘了那树上的果子给我，我就吃了。”

那人说：“你所赐给我、和我在一起的那女人，她把树上的果子给我，我就吃了。”

那人说：“你赐给我那与我在一起的女人——她把那棵树上的果实给了我，我就吃了。”

那人說：「你所賜給我、與我同居的女人，她把那樹上的果子給我，我就吃了。」

那人說：「你賜給我、與我一起的女人，是她把那樹上所出的給我，我就吃了。」

那人說：「你賜給我、與我一起的女人，是她把那樹上所出的給我，我就吃了。」

那人說：「你賜給我那與我在一起的女人——她把那棵樹上的果實給了我，我就吃了。」

曰、爾所賜偕我之婦、以樹果予我、而我食之、

亞當曰、爾以婦賜我、與我為偶、婦予我果、而我食之。

亞當曰、爾所賜我之婦、彼以樹果給我、我食之、

The man said,“ The woman you put here with me— she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.”

The man said,“ It’s the fault of the woman you put here with me. She gave me some fruit from the tree. And I ate it.”

The man said,“ The woman whom you gave to be with me, she gave me fruit of the tree, and I ate.”

The man replied,“ The woman you gave to be with me— she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate.”

The man said,“ The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me some of the fruit of the tree, and I ate.”

Then the man said,“ The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate.”

And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.

Then the man replied,“ The woman You gave to be with me— she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate.”

And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest[ to be] with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.

The man said,“ The woman whom you gave me, she gave me some fruit from the tree and I ate it.”

The man said,“ The woman whom you gave to be with me, she gave me fruit from the tree, and I ate it.”

For they don’t understand God’s way of making people right with himself. Refusing to accept God’s way, they cling to their own way of getting right with God by trying to keep the law.

“ Have I tried to hide my sins like other people do, concealing my guilt in my heart?

People who conceal their sins will not prosper, but if they confess and turn from them, they will receive mercy.

And remember, when you are being tempted, do not say,“ God is tempting me.” God is never tempted to do wrong, and he never tempts anyone else.Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away.These desires give birth to sinful actions. And when sin is allowed to grow, it gives birth to death.

Then the Lord God said,“ It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper who is just right for him.”

“ But I did obey the Lord,” Saul insisted.“ I carried out the mission he gave me. I brought back King Agag, but I destroyed everyone else.Then my troops brought in the best of the sheep, goats, cattle, and plunder to sacrifice to the Lord your God in Gilgal.”But Samuel replied,“ What is more pleasing to the Lord: your burnt offerings and sacrifices or your obedience to his voice? Listen! Obedience is better than sacrifice, and submission is better than offering the fat of rams.Rebellion is as sinful as witchcraft, and stubbornness as bad as worshiping idols. So because you have rejected the command of the Lord, he has rejected you as king.”Then Saul admitted to Samuel,“ Yes, I have sinned. I have disobeyed your instructions and the Lord’s command, for I was afraid of the people and did what they demanded.

He gave names to all the livestock, all the birds of the sky, and all the wild animals. But still there was no helper just right for him.

Finally, he turned to Aaron and demanded,“ What did these people do to you to make you bring such terrible sin upon them?”“ Don’t get so upset, my lord,” Aaron replied.“ You yourself know how evil these people are.They said to me,‘ Make us gods who will lead us. We don’t know what happened to this fellow Moses, who brought us here from the land of Egypt.’So I told them,‘ Whoever has gold jewelry, take it off.’ When they brought it to me, I simply threw it into the fire— and out came this calf!”

The man wanted to justify his actions, so he asked Jesus,“ And who is my neighbor?”

People ruin their lives by their own foolishness and then are angry at the Lord.

Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib, and he brought her to the man.
