那人说：“我在园子里听见你的声音就害怕，因为我是赤身的；于是我躲藏了。”

他说：“我在园中听见你的声音，我就害怕；因为我赤身露体，我便藏了。”

他说：“我在园中听见你的声音，我就害怕；因为我赤身露体，我就藏了起来。”

他说：“我在园中听见你的声音，我就害怕；因为我赤身露体，我就藏了起来。”

那人说：“我听见你在园中行走的声音，就害怕得躲了起来，因为我赤身露体！”

他回答：“我在园中听见你的声音，就害怕；因为我赤身露体，就藏了起来。”

他說：「我在園中聽見你的聲音，我就害怕；因為我赤身露體，我便藏了。」

他說：「我在園中聽見你的聲音，我就害怕；因為我赤身露體，我就藏了起來。」

他說：「我在園中聽見你的聲音，我就害怕；因為我赤身露體，我就藏了起來。」

那人說：「我聽見你在園中行走的聲音，就害怕得躲了起來，因為我赤身露體！」

他回答：“我在園中聽見你的聲音，就害怕；因為我赤身露體，就藏了起來。”

他說：『我聽見你的聲音在園中，我就害怕，因為我赤身裸體；我便藏了起來。』

那人說：「我在園子裡聽見你的聲音就害怕，因為我是赤身的；於是我躲藏了。」

曰、我聞爾聲於囿、以我裸故、畏而自匿、

曰、我聞爾聲於囿、以我裸故、畏而自匿。

曰、我聞爾聲於園中、以我裸體故、遂畏而自匿、

He answered,“ I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.”

“ I heard you in the garden,” the man answered.“ I was afraid, because I was naked. So I hid.”

And he said,“ I heard the sound of you in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked, and I hid myself.”

He replied,“ I heard you walking in the garden, so I hid. I was afraid because I was naked.”

And he said,“ I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked, so I hid.”

He said,“ I heard the sound of You in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid myself.”

So he said,“ I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself.”

And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

And he said,“ I heard You in the garden and I was afraid because I was naked, so I hid.”

And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I[ was] naked; and I hid myself.

The man replied,“ I heard you moving about in the orchard, and I was afraid because I was naked, so I hid.”

The man said,“ I heard your voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; so I hid myself.”

当时那人和他的妻子都是赤身的，彼此也不觉得羞耻。

你究竟害怕谁、畏惧谁，以致说谎、不记念我，也不把我放在心上呢？难道我长久以来不是一直静默吗？难道你们因此就不敬畏我了吗？

我的肉体因惧怕你而战栗，我敬畏你的法规。

就算我们的心责备自己，我们在神面前也可以安心，因为神比我们的心更大，并且他知道一切。

你的下体必被露出，你的羞耻必被看见。我要施行报复，不放过任何人。

于是他们两人的眼睛开了，知道自己是赤身的，就把无花果树的叶子缝合起来，为自己做了腰上的遮盖。

因为你说‘我是富有的；我发了财，什么都不缺’，却不知道你是可悲的、可怜的、贫穷的、瞎眼的、赤身的。我建议你向我买被火炼过的金子，使你富足；又买白衣穿上，使你赤身的羞耻不露出来；又买眼药抹你的眼睛，使你能看见。

罪人在锡安惧怕，不敬虔的人被战兢抓住，说：“我们中间谁能与吞噬之火同住？我们中间谁能与不灭之焰共居？”

“看哪，我要来临，就像贼来临那样！那警醒并保持衣着在身，免得赤身行走被人看见他羞处的，这样的人是蒙福的。”
