以亞伯拉罕之嘏錫爾、及爾苗裔、俾承所旅之地、即昔上帝所賜亞伯拉罕者、

以亞伯拉罕之嘏錫爾、爰及苗裔、昔上帝以斯土錫亞伯拉罕、而爾旅之、今願與爾為業。

May he give you and your descendants the blessing given to Abraham, so that you may take possession of the land where you now reside as a foreigner, the land God gave to Abraham.”

May he give you and your children after you the blessing he gave to Abraham. Then you can take over the land where you now live as an outsider. It’s the land God gave to Abraham.”

May he give the blessing of Abraham to you and to your offspring with you, that you may take possession of the land of your sojournings that God gave to Abraham!”

May God pass on to you and your descendants the blessings he promised to Abraham. May you own this land where you are now living as a foreigner, for God gave this land to Abraham.”

使亞伯拉罕之福、因基督耶穌、臨及異邦人、致我儕由信而受所許之聖神、

主顯現於亞伯蘭曰、我將以此地賜爾後裔、亞伯蘭在彼為顯現之主建祭臺、

頌美天主、我主耶穌基督之父、曾因基督、使我受種種神福在天、

求主聽我禱告、側耳聽我籲懇、我眼流淚、求主垂顧、我寄居主前、猶如客旅、與我列祖無異、

必賜福於爾、使爾後裔眾多、如天上之星、如海濱之沙、爾後裔必得敵之城邑為業、緣爾遵行我命、天下萬民、將藉爾後裔得福、

我必使爾後裔蕃衍昌熾、成為邦國、列王必由爾出、我將與爾及爾歷代子孫立我約、以為永約、必為爾之天主、亦為爾後裔之天主、必以爾所居之地、即迦南全地、賜爾及爾後裔、永為世業、我亦為其天主、

按經所載、天主預知後將使異邦人、由信稱義、故預傳福音於亞伯拉罕曰、萬族將藉爾受福、

彼有信而為旅於天主所許之地、如在異邦、居於幕、與後蒙應許之以撒雅各同、希望天主所經營建造有基之邑、撒拉有信、雖過生育之期、尚能懷妊生子、因彼以應許者為可信、故由一人、身若已死者、生育蕃衍、如天星之眾、如海沙之無數、此皆至死有信而未得所許者、惟遙望之、即欣喜以待、自謂在世為客旅、為寄居者、

其名必永存、其名必長留、如日之久、萬人必因之得福、諸國必稱之有福、

大衛曰、其過得赦、其罪得掩者福矣、主不以其有罪者福矣、

羅得離亞伯蘭後、主諭亞伯蘭曰、爾由所在之處、舉目觀東西南北、凡所見之地、我必賜爾及爾後裔至於永遠、我必使爾後裔多如地之塵沙然、若人能核數地之塵沙、則爾之後裔亦可核數、爾起、縱橫遍行此地、我必以之賜爾、

主諭亞伯蘭曰、爾可離故土親族父家、往我將示爾之地、我將使爾成為大族、賜福於爾、使爾名揚、俾爾享厚福、為爾祝福者、我必降之以福、詛爾者我必降之以禍、天下萬族、必因爾獲福、

當日主與亞伯蘭立約曰、我以斯地賜爾後裔、自伊及河至伯拉大河、即基尼、基尼洗、甲摩尼、赫、比利洗、利乏音、亞摩利、迦南、革迦撒、耶布斯、諸族之地、

遂攜之出外曰、仰觀天、試數眾星能勝數呼、又曰、爾之後裔必如是、亞伯蘭信主、主以此為其義、主又諭之曰、我乃耶和華、曾攜爾出迦勒底之吾珥者、欲以此地賜爾為業、

爾曹當追念主所行之奇事、追念主之異跡、並主口宣之判語、原文五節作六節六節作五節耶和華及我儕天主、主之律法、流行全地、永遠記念所立之約、所定之命、萬世不忘、即與亞伯拉罕所立之約、向以撒所發之誓、為雅各定為長久之命、與以色列立為永遠之約、曰、我必賜爾以迦南地、為爾應得之產業、當時彼尚人寡、其數無幾、在斯地寄居為旅、
