Esau said to his father,“ Do you have only that one blessing, my father? Bless me too!” Then Esau wept loudly.

以扫对他父亲说：“父啊，你只有一样可祝的福吗？我父啊，求你也为我祝福！”以扫就放声而哭。

以扫对他父亲说：“我父啊，你只有一个祝福吗？我父啊，求你也为我祝福！”以扫就放声而哭。

以扫对他父亲说：“我父啊，你只有一个祝福吗？我父啊，求你也为我祝福！”以扫就放声而哭。

以扫对父亲说：“父亲啊，你只有一个祝福吗？父亲啊，求你也为我祝福！”以扫又放声大哭。

以扫问他的父亲：“我父啊，你只有一个祝福吗？我父啊，求你也给我祝福。”以扫就放声大哭。

以扫对他父亲说：“我父啊，难道你只有这一个祝福吗？我父啊，求你也祝福我！”以扫就放声大哭。

以掃對他父親說：「父啊，你只有一樣可祝的福嗎？我父啊，求你也為我祝福！」以掃就放聲而哭。

以掃問他的父親：“我父啊，你只有一個祝福嗎？我父啊，求你也給我祝福。”以掃就放聲大哭。

以掃對他父親說：『難道你只有一個福可祝麼，我父？也給我吧，給我祝福吧，我父。』以掃就放聲大哭。

以掃對他父親說：「我父啊，難道你只有這一個祝福嗎？我父啊，求你也祝福我！」以掃就放聲大哭。

以掃曰、父之祝嘏、豈惟一而已乎、父歟、請亦祝我、遂大聲號哭、

以掃曰、父之祝嘏、豈獨一而已也、請更祝我、遂大聲號泣、

以掃謂父曰、父之祝福豈獨一已乎、請更為我祝、遂放聲號哭、

Esau said to his father,“ Do you have only one blessing, my father? Bless me too, my father!” Then Esau wept aloud.

Esau said to his father,“ Do you have only one blessing, my father? Bless me too, my father!” Then Esau wept loudly.

Esau said to his father,“ Have you but one blessing, my father? Bless me, even me also, O my father.” And Esau lifted up his voice and wept.

Esau pleaded,“ But do you have only one blessing? Oh my father, bless me, too!” Then Esau broke down and wept.

Esau said to his father,“ Do you have only one blessing, my father? Bless me too, my father!” And Esau wept loudly.

Esau said to his father,“ Do you have only one blessing, my father? Bless me, me as well, my father.” So Esau raised his voice and wept.

And Esau said to his father,“ Have you only one blessing, my father? Bless me— me also, O my father!” And Esau lifted up his voice and wept.

And Esau said unto his father, Hast thou but one blessing, my father? bless me, even me also, O my father. And Esau lifted up his voice, and wept.

Esau said to his father,“ Do you only have one blessing, my father? Bless me too, my father!” And Esau wept loudly.

And Esau said unto his father, Hast thou but one blessing, my father? bless me,[ even] me also, O my father. And Esau lifted up his voice, and wept.

Esau said to his father,“ Do you have just one blessing, my father? Bless me, even me also, my father.” Esau lifted up his voice, and wept.

For you know that later when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no opportunity for repentance, although he sought the blessing with tears.

When Esau heard his father’s words, he wailed loudly and bitterly. He said to his father,“ Bless me too, my father!”

Esau exclaimed,“‘ Jacob’ is the right name for him! He has tripped me up two times! He took away my birthright, and now, look, he has taken away my blessing!” Then he asked,“ Have you not kept back a blessing for me?”

These are the twelve tribes of Israel. This is what their father said to them when he blessed them. He gave each of them an appropriate blessing.

In a year’s time you carefree ones will shake with fear, for the grape harvest will fail, and the fruit harvest will not arrive.Tremble, you complacent ones! Shake with fear, you carefree ones! Strip off your clothes and expose yourselves– put sackcloth on your waist!Mourn over the field, over the delightful fields and the fruitful vine!

Look, my servants will shout for joy as happiness fills their hearts! But you will cry out as sorrow fills your hearts; you will wail because your spirits will be crushed.

However, because I called but you refused to listen, because I stretched out my hand but no one paid attention,because you neglected all my advice, and did not comply with my rebuke,so I myself will laugh when disaster strikes you, I will mock when what you dread comes,
