But he said,“ Your brother came deceitfully and took your blessing.”

But Isaac said,“ Your brother came and tricked me. He took your blessing.”

But he said,“ Your brother came deceitfully, and he has taken away your blessing.”

But Isaac said,“ Your brother was here, and he tricked me. He has taken away your blessing.”

But he replied,“ Your brother came deceitfully and took your blessing.”

And he said,“ Your brother came deceitfully and has taken away your blessing.”

But he said,“ Your brother came with deceit and has taken away your blessing.”

And he said, Thy brother came with guile, and hath taken away thy blessing.

But he replied,“ Your brother came deceitfully and took your blessing.”

But Isaac replied,“ Your brother came in here deceitfully and took away your blessing.”

He said,“ Your brother came with deceit, and has taken away your blessing.”

That no[ man] go beyond and defraud his brother in[ any] matter: because that the Lord[ is] the avenger of all such, as we also have forewarned you and testified.

Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?

For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?And not[ rather],( as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just.

And Jacob said unto his father, I[ am] Esau thy firstborn; I have done according as thou badest me: arise, I pray thee, sit and eat of my venison, that thy soul may bless me.And Isaac said unto his son, How[ is it] that thou hast found[ it] so quickly, my son? And he said, Because the LORD thy God brought[ it] to me.And Isaac said unto Jacob, Come near, I pray thee, that I may feel thee, my son, whether thou[ be] my very son Esau or not.And Jacob went near unto Isaac his father; and he felt him, and said, The voice[ is] Jacob’s voice, but the hands[ are] the hands of Esau.And he discerned him not, because his hands were hairy, as his brother Esau’s hands: so he blessed him.

Now therefore call unto me all the prophets of Baal, all his servants, and all his priests; let none be wanting: for I have a great sacrifice[ to do] to Baal; whosoever shall be wanting, he shall not live. But Jehu did[ it] in subtilty, to the intent that he might destroy the worshippers of Baal.

Will ye speak wickedly for God? and talk deceitfully for him?

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
