And he said,[ Art] thou my very son Esau? And he said, I[ am].

以撒又问：“你真是我的儿子以扫吗？”雅各回答说：“是。”

以撒问：“你真是我的儿子以扫吗？”他回答：“我是。”

又问：“你真是我儿子以扫吗？”他说：“我是。”

又說：「你真是我兒子以掃嗎？」他說：「我是。」

以撒說：「你真的是我兒子以掃嗎？」他說：「我是。」

以撒說：「你真的是我兒子以掃嗎？」他說：「我是。」

以撒又問：「你真是我的兒子以掃嗎？」雅各回答說：「是。」

以撒問：“你真是我的兒子以掃嗎？”他回答：“我是。”

又說：『你真是我的兒子以掃麼？』他說：『我是。』

又問：「你真是我兒子以掃嗎？」他說：「我是。」

“ Are you really my son Esau?” he asked.“ I am,” he replied.

“ Are you really my son Esau?” he asked.“ I am,” Jacob replied.

He said,“ Are you really my son Esau?” He answered,“ I am.”

“ But are you really my son Esau?” he asked.“ Yes, I am,” Jacob replied.

Again he asked,“ Are you really my son Esau?” And he replied,“ I am.”

And he said,“ Are you really my son Esau?” And he said,“ I am.”

Then he said,“ Are you really my son Esau?” He said,“ I am.”

And he said, Art thou my very son Esau? And he said, I am.

Again he asked,“ Are you really my son Esau?” And he replied,“ I am.”

Then he asked,“ Are you really my son Esau?”“ I am,” Jacob replied.

He said,“ Are you really my son Esau?” He said,“ I am.”

And Achish said, Whither have ye made a road to day? And David said, Against the south of Judah, and against the south of the Jerahmeelites, and against the south of the Kenites.

For thy mouth uttereth thine iniquity, and thou choosest the tongue of the crafty.

The lip of truth shall be established for ever: but a lying tongue[ is] but for a moment.

Lying lips[ are] abomination to the LORD: but they that deal truly[ are] his delight.

For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?And not[ rather],( as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just.

And the king said unto her, What aileth thee? And she answered, I[ am] indeed a widow woman, and mine husband is dead.

Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;

Will ye speak wickedly for God? and talk deceitfully for him?Will ye accept his person? will ye contend for God?

And he changed his behaviour before them, and feigned himself mad in their hands, and scrabbled on the doors of the gate, and let his spittle fall down upon his beard.

These[ are] the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:

And David said unto Ahimelech the priest, The king hath commanded me a business, and hath said unto me, Let no man know any thing of the business whereabout I send thee, and what I have commanded thee: and I have appointed[ my] servants to such and such a place.

Remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me:

Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
