以撒对雅各说：“我儿，你近前来，我摸摸你，知道你真是我的儿子以扫不是。”

以撒说：“孩子，过来，让我摸摸看你是不是我儿以扫。”

以撒对雅各说：“我儿啊，你上前来，让我摸摸你，看看你是不是我的儿子以扫。”

以撒对雅各说：“我儿啊，靠近我，让我摸摸你，你真是我儿子以扫吗？”

以撒對雅各說：「我兒，你近前來，我摸摸你，知道你真是我的兒子以掃不是。」

以撒對雅各說：「我兒，靠近一點，讓我摸摸你，你真的是我的兒子以掃嗎？」

以撒說：「孩子，過來，讓我摸摸看你是不是我兒以掃。」

以撒對雅各說：“我兒啊，你上前來，讓我摸摸你，看看你是不是我的兒子以掃。”

以撒對雅各說：『孩子，你走近前來，我摩挱摩挱你，看你真是我的兒子以掃不是。』

以撒對雅各說：「我兒啊，靠近我，讓我摸摸你，你真是我兒子以掃嗎？」

以撒曰、吾子來前、俾我捫爾、果我子以掃否、

Then Isaac said to Jacob,“ Come near so I can touch you, my son, to know whether you really are my son Esau or not.”

Then Isaac said to Jacob,“ Come near so I can touch you, my son. I want to know whether you really are my son Esau.”

Then Isaac said to Jacob,“ Please come near, that I may feel you, my son, to know whether you are really my son Esau or not.”

Then Isaac said to Jacob,“ Come closer so I can touch you and make sure that you really are Esau.”

Then Isaac said to Jacob,“ Please come closer so I can touch you, my son. Are you really my son Esau or not?”

Then Isaac said to Jacob,“ Please come close, so that I may feel you, my son, whether you are really my son Esau or not.”

Isaac said to Jacob,“ Please come near, that I may feel you, my son, whether you are really my son Esau or not.”

And Isaac said unto Jacob, Come near, I pray thee, that I may feel thee, my son, whether thou be my very son Esau or not.

Then Isaac said to Jacob,“ Please come closer so I can touch you, my son. Are you really my son Esau or not?”

And Isaac said unto Jacob, Come near, I pray thee, that I may feel thee, my son, whether thou[ be] my very son Esau or not.

Then Isaac said to Jacob,“ Come closer so I can touch you, my son, and know for certain if you really are my son Esau.”

Isaac said to Jacob,“ Please come near, that I may feel you, my son, whether you are really my son Esau or not.”

Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. (niv)

What if my father touches me? I would appear to be tricking him and would bring down a curse on myself rather than a blessing.” (niv)
