雅各對他父親說：“我就是你的長子以掃，你吩咐我作的，我已經照樣作了。請坐起來，吃我的獵物，好給我祝福。”

雅各对他父亲说：“我是你的长子以扫；我已照你所吩咐我的行了。请起来坐着，吃我的野味，好给我祝福。”

雅各对他父亲说：“我是你的长子以扫。我已照你吩咐我的做了。请起来坐着，吃我的野味，你好为我祝福。”

雅各对他父亲说：“我是你的长子以扫。我已照你吩咐我的做了。请起来坐着，吃我的野味，你好为我祝福。”

雅各对父亲说：“我是你的大儿子以扫，你吩咐我的事，我已经办好了。请你坐起来，吃我打的野味，然后给我祝福。”

雅各對他父親說：『我就是你的長子以掃；我已經照你所告訴我的作好了；請起來坐着，喫我打獵所得的肉，好全心全意地給我祝福。

雅各對他父親說：「我是你的長子以掃，我已照著你吩咐我的去做了。請坐起來，吃我的野味，好為我祝福。」

雅各曰、我乃長子以掃、遵命而行、請起而坐、食所獵者、祝嘏於我、

雅各曰、我乃長子以掃、遵命而行請起食野獸之肉、祝嘏於我。

雅各對父曰、我乃長子以掃、遵父命而行、請起、坐而食我所獵者、為我祝福、

Jacob said to his father,“ I am Esau your firstborn. I have done as you told me. Please sit up and eat some of my game, so that you may give me your blessing.”

Jacob said to his father,“ I’m your oldest son Esau. I’ve done as you told me. Please sit up. Eat some of my wild meat. Then give me your blessing.”

Jacob said to his father,“ I am Esau your firstborn. I have done as you told me; now sit up and eat of my game, that your soul may bless me.”

Jacob replied,“ It’s Esau, your firstborn son. I’ve done as you told me. Here is the wild game. Now sit up and eat it so you can give me your blessing.”

Jacob replied to his father,“ I am Esau, your firstborn. I have done as you told me. Please sit up and eat some of my game so that you may bless me.”

Jacob said to his father,“ I am Esau your firstborn; I have done as you told me. Come now, sit and eat of my game, so that you may bless me.”

Jacob said to his father,“ I am Esau your firstborn; I have done just as you told me; please arise, sit and eat of my game, that your soul may bless me.”

And Jacob said unto his father, I am Esau thy first- born; I have done according as thou badest me: arise, I pray thee, sit and eat of my venison, that thy soul may bless me.

Jacob replied to his father,“ I am Esau, your firstborn. I have done as you told me. Please sit up and eat some of my game so that you may bless me.”

And Jacob said unto his father, I[ am] Esau thy firstborn; I have done according as thou badest me: arise, I pray thee, sit and eat of my venison, that thy soul may bless me.

Jacob said to his father,“ I am Esau, your firstborn. I’ve done as you told me. Now sit up and eat some of my wild game so that you can bless me.”

Jacob said to his father,“ I am Esau your firstborn. I have done what you asked me to do. Please arise, sit and eat of my venison, that your soul may bless me.”

到了晚上，拉班把自己的女兒利亞帶來給雅各，雅各就與她親近。拉班又把自己的婢女悉帕給了女兒利亞作婢女。到了早晨，雅各才看出原來是利亞，就對拉班說：“你向我作的是甚麼事呢？我服事你，不是為了拉結的緣故嗎？你為甚麼欺騙我呢？”

以撒對雅各說：“我兒啊，你上前來，讓我摸摸你，看看你是不是我的兒子以掃。”

先出來的，全身赤紅有毛，像毛衣一樣，他們就給他起名叫以掃。

耶羅波安對他的妻子說：“你起來改裝，使人認不出你是耶羅波安的妻子。到示羅去，有亞希雅先知在那裡，他曾對我說，我必作這民的王。

彼得卻當眾否認，說：“我不知道你說甚麼。”他出到門口，又有一個婢女看見他，就對那裡的人說：“這人是和拿撒勒人耶穌一夥的。”彼得再次否認，並且發誓說：“我不認識那個人。”過了一會，站在那裡的人前來對他說：“你的確是他們中間的一個，因為一聽你的口音就認出來了。”彼得就發咒起誓說：“我不認識那一個人。”立刻雞就叫了。

因為你們曾說：“我們與死亡立了約，與陰間結了盟；刑罰的鞭子掃過的時候，必不會碰到我們，因為我們以謊言作遮蔽，以虛假作庇護。”

如果有人再說預言，他的親生父母必對他說：‘你不該活著，因為你奉耶和華的名說謊。’他說預言的時候，他的親生父母必把他刺死。“到那日，假先知說預言的時候，每一個都必因自己所論的異象而羞愧；他們必不再穿獸毛衣服欺騙人。

照我所喜歡的，給我預備美味的食物，拿來給我吃；好讓我在未死以前給你祝福。”

以撒問：“你真是我的兒子以掃嗎？”他回答：“我是。”以撒說：“把食物遞給我，好讓我吃我兒子的獵物，我就給你祝福。”雅各把食物遞給他，他就吃了；又拿酒給他，他也喝了。

老先知對他說：“我也是先知，和你一樣。有一位天使奉耶和華的命令告訴我說：‘你去帶他與你一起回家，給他吃飯喝水。’”但是，老先知是欺騙他的。
