He moved on from there and dug another well, and no one quarreled over it. He named it Rehoboth, saying,“ Now the Lord has given us room and we will flourish in the land.”

Isaac moved on from there and dug another well. But no one argued about that one. So he named it Rehoboth. He said,“ Now the Lord has given us room. Now we will be successful in the land.”

And he moved from there and dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it. So he called its name Rehoboth, saying,“ For now the Lord has made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.”

Abandoning that one, Isaac moved on and dug another well. This time there was no dispute over it, so Isaac named the place Rehoboth( which means“ open space”), for he said,“ At last the Lord has created enough space for us to prosper in this land.”

He moved from there and dug another, and they did not quarrel over it. He named it Rehoboth and said,“ For now the LORD has made space for us, and we will be fruitful in the land.”

Then he moved away from there and dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it; so he named it Rehoboth, for he said,“ At last the Lord has made room for us, and we will be fruitful in the land.”

Then he moved away from there and dug another well. They did not quarrel over it, so Isaac named it Rehoboth, saying,“ For now the LORD has made room for us, and we will prosper in the land.”

He left that place, and dug another well. They didn’t argue over that one. He called it Rehoboth. He said,“ For now Yahweh has made room for us, and we will be fruitful in the land.”

我要使你極其昌盛，國度因你而立，君王必從你而出。

以色列人生養繁衍眾多，人數增加，極其強盛，遍滿了那地。

他又領我出去，到那寬闊之地；他搭救我，因為他喜悅我。

他給次子起名叫以法蓮，因為他說：“神使我在受苦之地繁盛起來。”

我公義的神啊（“我公義的神啊”或譯：“使我為義的神啊”）！我呼求的時候，求你答應我。我在困苦中，你曾使我舒暢。求你恩待我，聽我的禱告。

願全能的神賜福給你，使你繁衍增多，成為大族。

我在急難中求告耶和華，他就應允我，使我站在寬闊之地。
