They blessed Rebekah with these words:“ Our sister, may you become the mother of thousands of ten thousands! May your descendants possess the strongholds of their enemies.”

They blessed Rebekah, and said to her,“ Our sister, may you be the mother of thousands of ten thousands, and let your offspring possess the gate of those who hate them.”

我必多多赐福给你，我必使你的后裔大大增多，如同天上的星、海边的沙。你的后裔必得仇敌的城门，

我必赐福给她，也要从她赐一个儿子给你。我必赐福给撒拉，她要兴起多国；必有百姓的君王从她而出。”

愿全能的上帝赐福给你，使你生养众多，成为许多民族，

上帝赐福给他们，上帝对他们说：“要生养众多，遍满这地，治理它；要管理海里的鱼、天空的鸟和地上各样活动的生物。”

他就为约瑟祝福说：“愿我祖父亚伯拉罕和我父亲以撒所事奉的上帝，就是一生牧养我直到今日的上帝，救赎我脱离一切患难的那位使者，赐福给这两个孩子。愿我的名，我祖父亚伯拉罕和我父亲以撒的名藉着他们得以流传。又愿他们在全地上多多繁衍。”

父母就要抓住他，带他出去到当地的城门，本城的长老那里，

在城门坐着的所有百姓和长老说：“我们都是证人。愿耶和华使进你家的这女子，像建立以色列家的拉结和利亚二人一样。又愿你在以法他得亨通，在伯利恒有名声。愿耶和华从这年轻女子赐你后裔，使你的家像她玛从犹大所生法勒斯的家一样。”

他为亚伯兰祝福，说：“愿至高的上帝、天地的主赐福给亚伯兰！

你们可以把他们遗留给你们后代的子孙，作为永远继承的产业；你们可以使他们作奴仆。至于你们的弟兄以色列人，你们彼此不可苛刻管辖。

有火如河涌出，从他面前流出来；事奉他的有千千，在他面前侍立的有万万；他坐着要行审判，案卷都展开了。

以色列就在当日为他们祝福，说：“以色列人要指着你们祝福，说：‘愿上帝使你如以法莲、玛拿西一样。’”于是他立以法莲在玛拿西之上。
