他回答：‘我行事为人都在他面前的耶和华，必差派他的使者与你同去，使你的道路亨通，你就可以从我的族人和我的父家，给我的儿子娶一个妻子。

主人曰、我所奉事之主、將遣其使者祐爾、賜爾坦途、可於我之父家本族中、為子娶妻、

“ He replied,‘ The Lord, before whom I have walked faithfully, will send his angel with you and make your journey a success, so that you can get a wife for my son from my own clan and from my father’s family.

耶和華——天上的神對我說話，又向我起誓說：『我必把這地賜給你的後裔』；他曾帶我離開父家和本族之地。現在他必派遣使者在你前面，你就得以從那裡為我的兒子娶妻。

以諾生了瑪土撒拉之後，與神同行三百年，並且生了其他的兒女。

他像一棵樹，栽種在溪水旁，他的果實按時結出，他的葉子也不凋零，凡他所做的都會興盛。

我總是以耶和華為念；因為他在我的右邊，我就不致動搖。

亞伯蘭九十九歲時，耶和華向亞伯蘭顯現，對他說：「我是全能的神，你當行在我面前，作純全人。

因為他會為你吩咐他的天使們，在你一切的道路上保守你；

「我耶穌，派遣了我的使者，為各教會向你們見證了這些事。我就是大衛的根，也是他的後裔，那明亮的晨星。」

尼布甲尼撒就開口說：「沙德拉克、米沙克、亞伯尼哥的神是當受頌讚的！他派遣他的使者拯救了他的僕人們；他們信靠神，違抗王的命令，甚至捨棄己身，除了自己的神以外，不事奉、不膜拜任何其他神明。

以諾與神同行；後來他不在地上了，因為神把他接去。

我約翰，是聽見又看見這些事的人。我聽見又看見了以後，就俯伏在那位指示我這些事的天使腳前，要敬拜他。

難道所有的天使不都是服事的靈、奉差派服事那些將要繼承救恩的人嗎？

以色列祝福約瑟說：「願我祖父亞伯拉罕和我父以撒所跟隨的神，就是牧養我一生直到今日的神，
