少女能忘記她的飾物嗎？新婦能忘記她的華帶嗎？我的子民卻忘記了我，這些日子無法數算。

他看見了妹妹的鼻環和手上的手鐲，又聽見了妹妹利百加說：“那人對我這樣這樣說”，就跑去見外面水泉旁邊的那人。他來到那人跟前的時候，見他仍然站在駱駝旁邊的水泉那裡。

“我主，請聽我說，一塊值四百塊（四千五百克）銀子的田地，在你我之間，算得甚麼呢？你埋葬你死了的人吧。”亞伯拉罕同意以弗崙說的價銀，就照著他在赫人面前所說的，拿商人通用的銀子，稱了四百塊（四千五百克）銀子給以弗崙。

第三天，以斯帖穿上朝服，站在王宮的內院，對著王殿；王在殿裡坐在王位上，對著殿門。

耳墜、手鐲、蒙臉的帕子、頭飾、腳環、華帶、香盒、符囊、戒指、鼻環、美服、外衣、錢袋、鏡子、細麻襯衣、頭巾、蒙身帕子。

不要單注重外表的裝飾，就如鬈頭髮、戴金飾、穿華麗衣服；

總括來說，你們要彼此同心，互相體恤，親愛像弟兄，滿有溫柔，存心謙卑。

照樣，我也願意女人以端正、嫻淑、自律為裝飾；不要以鬈髮、金飾、珠寶，或名貴衣裳為裝飾，卻要以善行作裝飾，這才配稱為敬畏神的女人。
