亞勞拿遙見王與群臣咸至、遂出、伏地拜王、曰我主我王、蒞臨僕所、曷故。大闢曰、欲購穀場、以築祭壇、奉事耶和華、使疫止於民間。亞勞拿曰、我主我王、取所欲取、獻所欲獻、在此有牛、以為燔祭、亦有打穀之器、與牛軛為柴。亞勞拿以此物悉予王、慨然無吝色、曰、願爾之上帝耶和華悅爾。王曰、不然、我欲購之、以償其值、不欲不費貲財、而獻燔祭、奉吾之上帝耶和華。於是大闢以金二十有五、購穀場與牛。

爾叔沙龍之子、哈拿滅將至、請爾贖其田疇、斯田在亞拿突邑、所當贖者、惟爾一人。未幾、我叔之子哈拿滅、至外獄見我、應耶和華言、彼謂我曰、便雅憫地、亞拿突邑、我有田畝、所當贖者、惟爾一人、請為我贖之、業可歸爾、我聽此、知耶和華所使、遂贖叔子哈拿滅之田、在亞拿突邑、計金八兩有半。我書於簡、印之、使人為證、權金與之。循例簡必有二、其一緘以印、其一則否、我取之、予馬西雅孫、尼利亞子巴錄、我叔之子哈拿滅親見之、書名於簡之證人、及外獄之猶大人、靡不目睹。

波士赴邑門而坐、見所言之戚屬過焉、呼其名曰、來、請坐於此。即坐。

人犯罪愆、必有二三證人、則可定擬、證人惟一、則不可。

我意當告爾、使爾於邑人長老前購之、所當贖者、惟爾一人、爾外惟我、如爾欲贖之則贖、不然明以相告。其人曰、我將贖焉。

邑門長老與眾俱曰、我儕為證、昔拉結利亞傳嗣於以色列族、願耶和華使適爾家之婦亦若是、亦願爾於以法大得其財貨、於伯利恆播其聲名。

大闢曰、以此穀場、予我築壇、奉事耶和華、我與爾值、俾民疫止。亞勞拿曰、我主我王、願以牛予爾為燔祭、以打穀之器為柴、麥為禮物、惟所欲取、俱獻於爾。大闢王曰、不可、我欲購之、以償爾值、不欲不費我財、而取爾物、用獻燔祭、奉事耶和華。

波士告長老與眾曰、以利米力及基連馬倫之業、我今日購於拿阿米、汝眾為證。

凡殺人者、有人為證、必死毋赦、證人惟一則不可。

命左右曰、取其十金、與其有百金者、

慷慨者所為、其量寛宏、足以自立、

吾主請聽、爾在我中、為有能之牧伯、在我塚地間、擇其佳者、以葬其尸。我中必無人禁爾。

當殺之人、有二三人為證、必殺毋赦、證人惟一、則不可。

俱定與亞伯拉罕為業、邑中人、與凡入邑者為證。
