Some time later Abraham was told,“ Milkah is also a mother; she has borne sons to your brother Nahor:

亞伯蘭和拿鶴各娶了妻：亞伯蘭的妻子名叫撒萊；拿鶴的妻子名叫密迦，是哈蘭的女兒；哈蘭是密迦和亦迦的父親。

女子說：『我是彼土利的女兒；彼土利是密迦的兒子，是密迦給拿鶴生的。』

他拉活到七十歲，生了亞伯蘭，拿鶴、哈蘭。

那僕人從他主人的駱駝裏取了十匹駱駝，手裏帶主人的各樣美物；就起身往米所波大米去，到了拿鶴的城。

好消息從遠地而來，正如涼水給疲乏的人喝。

願亞伯拉罕的上帝和拿鶴的上帝，他們父親的上帝，在我們之間判斷是非。』雅各就指着他父親以撒所敬畏的來起誓。
