Some time later Abraham was told,“ Milkah is also a mother; she has borne sons to your brother Nahor:

亞伯蘭和拿鶴各為自己娶了妻子。亞伯蘭的妻子名叫撒萊，拿鶴的妻子名叫美尓迦，她是哈蘭的女兒；哈蘭是美尓迦的父親，也是亦迦的父親。

那少女對他說：「我是彼土利的女兒；彼土利是美尓迦為拿鶴所生的兒子。」

塔勒活到七十歲時，生了亞伯蘭、拿鶴和哈蘭。

那僕人從他主人的駱駝群中取來十頭駱駝，拿著他主人的各樣美物就出發了；他起身往美索不達米亞，去拿鶴的城。
