现在，请你在这里指着神向我起誓，你绝不以诡诈对待我，以及我的子孙后裔；我怎样以恩慈对待你，你也要怎样对待我和你所寄居的这地。”

我願你如今在這裏指着神對我起誓，不要欺負我與我的兒子，並我的子孫。我怎樣厚待了你，你也要照樣厚待我與你所寄居這地的民。」

如今請在這裏指着上帝對我起誓：你不要以詐偽待我和我的苗裔及後代；我怎樣厚待了你，你也要怎樣厚待我、和你所寄居的這地。

現在，請你在這裡指著神向我起誓，你絕不以詭詐對待我，以及我的子孫後裔；我怎樣以恩慈對待你，你也要怎樣對待我和你所寄居的這地。」

今汝在此、當指上帝而誓、毋欺我暨我子孫、依我所厚待爾者、待我及爾所旅之邦、

今當指上帝以誓、毋欺我及我子孫、以我所厚待爾者、爾亦如是待我、以及爾所旅斯土之民。

今在此、當指天主以誓、毋向我及我子我孫負心、我如何厚待爾、爾亦如何厚待我、及爾所旅之地、

Now swear to me here before God that you will not deal falsely with me or my children or my descendants. Show to me and the country where you now reside as a foreigner the same kindness I have shown to you.”

Now make a promise to me here while God is watching. Give me your word that you will treat me fairly. Promise that you will treat my children and their children the same way. I’ve been kind to you. Now you be kind to me and the country where you are living as an outsider.”

Now therefore swear to me here by God that you will not deal falsely with me or with my descendants or with my posterity, but as I have dealt kindly with you, so you will deal with me and with the land where you have sojourned.”

“ Swear to me in God’s name that you will never deceive me, my children, or any of my descendants. I have been loyal to you, so now swear that you will be loyal to me and to this country where you are living as a foreigner.”

Swear to me by God here and now, that you will not break an agreement with me or with my children and descendants. As I have been loyal to you, so you will be loyal to me and to the country where you are a resident alien.”

so now, swear to me here by God that you will not deal falsely with me or with my offspring or with my descendants, but according to the kindness that I have shown to you, you shall show to me and to the land in which you have resided.”

Now therefore, swear to me by God that you will not deal falsely with me, with my offspring, or with my posterity; but that according to the kindness that I have done to you, you will do to me and to the land in which you have dwelt.”

now therefore swear unto me here by God that thou wilt not deal falsely with me, nor with my son, nor with my son’s son: but according to the kindness that I have done unto thee, thou shalt do unto me, and to the land wherein thou hast sojourned.

Now swear to me right here in God’s name that you will not deceive me, my children, or my descendants. Show me, and the land where you are staying, the same loyalty that I have shown you.”

Now, therefore, swear to me here by God that you will not deal falsely with me, nor with my son, nor with my son’s son. But according to the kindness that I have done to you, you shall do to me, and to the land in which you have lived as a foreigner.”

我既然恩待了你們，現在請你們憑耶和華向我起誓，你們也照樣恩待我家，並且給我一個可靠的憑據，

於是，亞比米勒帶來牛、羊和男女僕婢送給亞伯拉罕，並把他妻子撒拉還給他，

人總是指著比自己更大的起誓，並用誓言作保證，了結各樣的爭論。

他們回答說：「我們清楚知道耶和華與你同在，我們雙方應該訂立誓約。

約拿單因為像愛自己一樣愛大衛，便叫他再次起誓。

如果你本著誠實、正直、公義，憑永活的耶和華起誓，你必成為萬國的祝福，得到他們的尊敬。」

我要你憑耶和華——掌管天地的上帝起誓，你不會找這迦南的女子做我兒子的妻子。

我求上帝為我作證：我沒有去哥林多，是為了寬容你們。

現在請你憑耶和華向我起誓，你不會殺害我的子孫，滅絕我的後代。」大衛便向掃羅起誓。之後，掃羅回家了，大衛和部下也回堡壘去了。

亞伯蘭對他說：「我向創造天地的主、至高的上帝耶和華起誓，凡是你的東西，就是一根線、一條鞋帶，我都不會拿，免得你說，『我使亞伯蘭發了財！』

如果他有意殺你，而我卻不告訴你讓你安然逃走，願耶和華重重地懲罰我。願耶和華與你同在，像從前與我父親同在一樣。

來吧，你我立約為證。」

約拿單說：「我們已憑耶和華的名起誓，有耶和華在你我和你我的子孫之間永遠為我們的盟約作證，你就安心去吧。」大衛便起身離開，約拿單也回城去了。

要敬畏你們的上帝耶和華，事奉祂，憑祂的名起誓。

大衛又問他：「你可以領我去這些襲擊者那裡嗎？」他答道：「你先憑上帝向我起誓，你不殺我，也不把我交給我的主人，我就帶你去。」

願亞伯拉罕和拿鶴的上帝，就是他們父親的上帝，在你我之間判斷是非。」雅各便在他父親以撒敬畏的上帝面前起誓，
