亞伯拉罕祈上帝、遂醫亞庇米力、與妻及婢、使之生育。

拉班曰、我知耶和華緣爾錫嘏於我、若得蒙爾恩、與我偕居、

約瑟於埃及家為僕、耶和華祐之、使之亨通。厥主見耶和華祐之、所為無不亨通。

耶和華諭約書亞曰、我使爾為尊於以色列族前、自今日始、俾其知悉、昔我佑摩西、今必佑爾。

萬有之主耶和華曰、當是之日、列國中十人、將執猶大族一人之衿、曰、我聞上帝祐爾、故欲與爾偕行。
