不可隨眾行壞事；不可在爭訟的事上隨眾偏行，作證屈枉正直；

因為他們若不行惡，就睡不着覺；若不使人跌倒，其安眠就被奪去。

永恆主說：『那攻擊所多瑪和蛾摩拉的嚷叫聲很大，他們的罪惡極重；

他們的手掌按住壞事物，孜孜以求；首領和審判官企圖着報酬；大官貴人說出他們心中的慾望；一人一動，他們就聯結起來。

他們的腳飛快、要流人的血；

以色列人全會眾在曠野向摩西、亞倫發怨言；

就是神言人們以虛假傳神言，祭司們仗着他們的手法來掌權柄；我的人民竟喜愛這樣；到了結局、你們要怎樣行呢？

圖謀惡計的心、急速跑壞事的腳、

祭司長和長老挑唆羣眾、求要巴拉巴而殺滅耶穌。總督應時問他們說：『這兩人中，你們要我釋放哪一個給你們？』他們說：『巴拉巴。』彼拉多對他們說：『那麼這所謂基督的耶穌、我要怎麼辦呢？』眾人說：『給釘十字架！』彼拉多說：『他作了甚麼惡事呢？』他們卻極力喊着說：『給釘十字架！』彼拉多見無濟於事，反會生亂，就拿水當羣眾面前洗手說：『這人流血而死，我全無辜；你們自理吧。』眾民都回答說：『他的血歸到我們、和我們的子孫身上。』

你們在耶路撒冷街上跑來跑去，去看看，去知道事實，在她的廣場上去尋找，看能找到一人不；若真地有一人行公義、求忠誠，那麼我就要赦免這城。雖然他們起誓說：「願永活的永恆主」為證，其實他們是起假誓的。永恆主啊，你的眼目不是注視忠誠麼？你擊打他們，他們卻不傷慟：你毁滅他們，他們卻不肯接受管教；他們硬着臉皮、比磐石還硬，總不肯轉回。我說：『這些人只是貧窮愚昧；因為他們不曉得永恆主所行的路，不明白他們的上帝的法則。我要去見那些大人物，對他們說話；因為那班人曉得永恆主所行的路，他們明白他們的上帝的法則。』但這些人呢、竟將軛折斷，將繩索掙開了。因此必有森林中的獅子要撲殺他們，有原野上的豺狼要殺滅他們，有豹子在靜伺着機會要攻擊他們的城市；凡出城的都必被撕碎；因為他們的過犯很多，他們對正道、轉離得很厲害。
