I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you.

I will make my covenant with you last forever. It will be between me and you and your family after you for all time to come. I will be your God. And I will be the God of all your family after you.

And I will establish my covenant between me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your offspring after you.

“ I will confirm my covenant with you and your descendants after you, from generation to generation. This is the everlasting covenant: I will always be your God and the God of your descendants after you.

是夜耶和華顯見、諭之曰、我乃爾父亞伯拉罕之上帝、勿懼、為我僕亞伯拉罕故、我必偕爾、錫爾以嘏、繁衍爾裔、

耶和華立其巔曰、我乃耶和華、爾祖亞伯拉罕、與以撒之上帝、爾所寢之地、悉以畀爾、爰及苗裔、

又云、斯日之後我與以色列家所立之約、乃以我律置其衷銘其心、我於彼為上帝、彼於我為民、

惟其所慕者尤善、即在天者、故上帝不恥稱為彼之上帝、蓋曾為之備邑焉、○

當日耶和華與亞伯蘭約、曰、我以斯土、賜爾苗裔、自埃及河、至伯拉大河、

周遊爾間、為爾上帝、爾為我民、

因所許者、歸爾、及爾子孫、並諸遠人、即凡主我上帝將召者、

亦非因其為亞伯拉罕之裔、遂盡為子、經云、由於以撒者、乃謂爾裔也、是則形軀之子非上帝子、惟應許之子稱裔也、其所許之言云、屆期我至、撒拉必生子、

曰吾乃亞伯拉罕之上帝、以撒之上帝、雅各之上帝、是上帝非死者之上帝、乃生者之上帝也、

施矜恤於我列祖、念其聖約、即與我祖亞伯拉罕所矢之誓、使我拯於敵手、畢生以聖以義於其前、無所懼而事之、

彼安居於其中、我既行鞫於四方藐視之者、彼必建第宅、栽葡萄園、宴然居處、則知我乃耶和華、彼之上帝也、

又曰、我乃爾祖父之上帝、即亞伯拉罕之上帝、以撒之上帝、雅各之上帝、摩西蒙面、不敢視上帝、

彼固以色列人、得為上帝子、有榮耀、諸約、律例、禮儀、應許、

永念其約、所諭之言、千代不忘、即與亞伯拉罕所立之約、對以撒所發之誓、且於雅各為定例、於以色列為永約兮、曰、我必錫爾以迦南地、為爾所得之業兮、

又曰、亦告以色列族曰、遣我就爾者為耶和華、乃爾祖之上帝、即亞伯拉罕之上帝、以撒之上帝、雅各之上帝、耶和華乃我恆久之名、歷世為誌、

必依古昔與我列祖所誓之言、施誠實於雅各、行仁慈於亞伯拉罕、

我與之約、錫以所旅之迦南地、

扶持其僕以色列、如昔諭我祖、垂念矜恤亞伯拉罕及其裔、至於世世、○

宇內咸屬於我、爾果聽我言、守我約、則爾於列國中、特為我業、亦為祭司之國、成聖之民於我前、其以此言告以色列族、○

從斯世之俗而行、服在空乘權之君、即今運行於悖逆者之靈、

耶穌見而不悅曰、容孩提就我、勿禁之、蓋屬上帝國者、乃如是人也、

夫所許者、乃指亞伯拉罕及其裔而言、不曰諸裔、如指多人、惟指一人、且曰爾裔、即基督也、我謂上帝預立之約、非四百三十年後之律所能廢、使所許者為虛、

我乃耶和華、爾之上帝、攜爾出埃及、爾張厥口、我即充之兮、
