So Abram went, as the Lord had told him, and Lot went with him. Abram was 75 years old when he left Haran.

When Abram was 99 years old, the Lord appeared to him, saying,“ I am God Almighty. Live in My presence and be blameless.

Abraham fell facedown. Then he laughed and said to himself,“ Can a child be born to a hundred-year-old man? Can Sarah, a ninety-year-old woman, give birth?”

He considered his own body to be already dead( since he was about 100 years old) and also considered the deadness of Sarah’s womb, without weakening in the faith.He did not waver in unbelief at God’s promise but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God,
