Abraham was ninety-nine years old when the flesh of his foreskin was circumcised,

Abraham was ninety-nine years old when he was circumcised,

Abraham was 99 years old when he was circumcised.

Now Abraham was 99 years old when he was circumcised;

And he received the sign of circumcision as a seal of the righteousness that he had by faith while still uncircumcised. This was to make him the father of all who believe but are not circumcised, so that righteousness may be credited to them also.

So Abram went, as the LORD had told him, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he left Haran.

When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to him, saying,“ I am God Almighty. Live in my presence and be blameless.

Abraham fell facedown. Then he laughed and said to himself,“ Can a child be born to a hundred-year-old man? Can Sarah, a ninety-year-old woman, give birth?”

He did not weaken in faith when he considered his own body to be already dead( since he was about a hundred years old) and also the deadness of Sarah’s womb.He did not waver in unbelief at God’s promise but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God,
