Then I will make my covenant between me and you and will greatly increase your numbers.”

And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:

And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth,[ then] shall thy seed also be numbered.

And this I say,[ that] the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.For if the inheritance[ be] of the law,[ it is] no more of promise: but God gave[ it] to Abraham by promise.

That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which[ is] upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;

He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word[ which] he commanded to a thousand generations.Which[ covenant] he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac;And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law,[ and] to Israel[ for] an everlasting covenant:Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance:
