Any uncircumcised male, who has not been circumcised in the flesh, will be cut off from his people; he has broken my covenant.”

Therefore whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy way, shall be guilty of the body and the blood of the Lord.

Whoever mixes any like it or whoever puts any of it on a layman shall be cut off from his people.’ ”

The earth is also defiled by its inhabitants, for they violated laws, altered statutes, and broke the everlasting covenant.

They have turned back to the wrongdoings of their ancestors who refused to hear My words, and they have followed other gods to serve them. The house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken My covenant which I made with their fathers.”

Any person who eats any blood, that person shall also be cut off from his people.’ ”

And everyone who eats it will bear the consequences for his guilt, because he has profaned the holy thing of the Lord; and that person shall be cut off from his people.
