This[ is] my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.

This is my covenant with you and your descendants after you, the covenant you are to keep: Every male among you shall be circumcised.

[ Cometh] this blessedness then upon the circumcision[ only], or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness.How was it then reckoned? when he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision.And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which[ he had yet] being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also:

In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with[ him] through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

Is any man called being circumcised? let him not become uncircumcised. Is any called in uncircumcision? let him not be circumcised.Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments of God.

And this[ is] the cause why Joshua did circumcise: All the people that came out of Egypt,[ that were] males,[ even] all the men of war, died in the wilderness by the way, after they came out of Egypt.

Whom God hath set forth[ to be] a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.

But in this will we consent unto you: If ye will be as we[ be], that every male of you be circumcised;

For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither[ is that] circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:But he[ is] a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision[ is that] of the heart, in the spirit,[ and] not in the letter; whose praise[ is] not of men, but of God.What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit[ is there] of circumcision?

Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

And when a stranger shall sojourn with thee, and will keep the passover to the LORD, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.

Seeing[ it is] one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.

As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ.

At that time the LORD said unto Joshua, Make thee sharp knives, and circumcise again the children of Israel the second time.

Then Zipporah took a sharp stone, and cut off the foreskin of her son, and cast[ it] at his feet, and said, Surely a bloody husband[ art] thou to me.

Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked.

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

And the LORD thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.
