So Abram said to Lot,“ Please let there be no strife between you and me, nor between my herdsmen and your herdsmen, for we are relatives!

亞伯蘭謂羅得曰、爾我乃骨肉之親、不可相爭、爾牧我牧、何競之有、

So Abram said to Lot,“ Let’s not have any quarreling between you and me, or between your herders and mine, for we are close relatives.

So Abram said to Lot,“ Let’s not argue with each other. The people taking care of your herds and those taking care of mine shouldn’t argue with one another either. After all, we’re part of the same family.

Then Abram said to Lot,“ Let there be no strife between you and me, and between your herdsmen and my herdsmen, for we are kinsmen.

Finally Abram said to Lot,“ Let’s not allow this conflict to come between us or our herdsmen. After all, we are close relatives!

So Abram said to Lot,“ Please, let’s not have quarreling between you and me, or between your herdsmen and my herdsmen, since we are relatives.

So Abram said to Lot,“ Please let there be no strife between you and me, and between my herdsmen and your herdsmen; for we are brethren.

And Abram said unto Lot, Let there be no strife, I pray thee, between me and thee, and between my herdsmen and thy herdsmen; for we are brethren.

Then Abram said to Lot,“ Please, let’s not have quarreling between you and me, or between your herdsmen and my herdsmen, since we are relatives.

Abram said to Lot,“ Let there be no quarreling between me and you, and between my herdsmen and your herdsmen, for we are close relatives.

Abram said to Lot,“ Please, let there be no strife between you and me, and between your herdsmen and my herdsmen; for we are relatives.

but brother goes to law with brother, and that before unbelievers?Actually, then, it is already a defeat for you, that you have lawsuits with one another. Why not rather suffer the wrong? Why not rather be defrauded?

Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brothers to live together in unity!

And on the following day he appeared to them as they were fighting each other, and he tried to reconcile them to peace, by saying,‘ Men, you are brothers, why are you injuring each other?’

Now these are the records of the generations of Terah. Terah fathered Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran fathered Lot.Haran died during the lifetime of his father Terah in the land of his birth, in Ur of the Chaldeans.Abram and Nahor took wives for themselves. The name of Abram’s wife was Sarai, and the name of Nahor’s wife was Milcah, the daughter of Haran, the father of Milcah and Iscah.Sarai was unable to conceive; she did not have a child.Now Terah took his son Abram, and Lot the son of Haran, his grandson, and his daughter in law Sarai, his son Abram’s wife, and they departed together from Ur of the Chaldeans to go to the land of Canaan; and they went as far as Haran and settled there.

We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brothers and sisters. The one who does not love remains in death.Everyone who hates his brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life remaining in him.We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers and sisters.But whoever has worldly goods and sees his brother or sister in need, and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God remain in him?Little children, let’s not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth.We will know by this that we are of the truth, and will set our heart at ease before Him,

and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, love.

Do all things without complaining or arguments;

So he sent his brothers away, and as they departed, he said to them,“ Do not quarrel on the journey.”

The one who says that he is in the Light and yet hates his brother or sister is in the darkness until now.The one who loves his brother and sister remains in the Light, and there is nothing in him to cause stumbling.But the one who hates his brother or sister is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going because the darkness has blinded his eyes.

A hot tempered person stirs up strife, But the slow to anger calms a dispute.

Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor,

Now he went out the next day, and behold, two Hebrews were fighting with each other; and he said to the offender,“ Why are you striking your companion?”

Pursue peace with all people, and the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.

A gentle answer turns away wrath, But a harsh word stirs up anger.

Now as to the love of the brothers and sisters, you have no need for anyone to write to you, for you yourselves are taught by God to love one another;

To sum up, all of you be harmonious, sympathetic, loving, compassionate, and humble;

Avoiding strife is an honor for a person, But any fool will quarrel.

But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peace loving, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial, free of hypocrisy.And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love,being diligent to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins.

Since you have purified your souls in obedience to the truth for a sincere love of the brothers and sisters, fervently love one another from the heart,

Let love of the brothers and sisters continue.

“ Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.

Honor all people, love the brotherhood, fear God, honor the king.
