殺身而不能殺魂者、勿懼之、寧懼能滅身及魂於地獄者、

大衛意謂、必有一日、我亡於掃羅手、不如遁入非利士地、掃羅則絕其望、不復索我於以色列境、我乃脫於其手、

若言無罪則自欺、而真理不在我衷、若承我罪、彼乃信義、必赦我罪、潔我諸不義矣、若言我未干罪、則以彼為誑、其道不在我衷矣、
