So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth.

Therefore if there is any encouragement in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and compassion,make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose.Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility consider one another as more important than yourselves;

But if you bite and devour one another, take care that you are not consumed by one another.

But as it is, you boast in your arrogance; all such boasting is evil.

You younger men, likewise, be subject to your elders; and all of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because God is opposed to the proud, but He gives grace to the humble.

But whenever you are invited, go and take the last place, so that when the one who has invited you comes, he will say to you,‘ Friend, move up higher’; then you will have honor in the sight of all who are dining at the table with you.
