Mark my words! I, Paul, tell you that if you let yourselves be circumcised, Christ will be of no value to you at all.

Here is what I, Paul, say to you. Don’t let yourselves be circumcised. If you do, Christ won’t be of any value to you.

Look: I, Paul, say to you that if you accept circumcision, Christ will be of no advantage to you.

Listen! I, Paul, tell you this: If you are counting on circumcision to make you right with God, then Christ will be of no benefit to you.

Take note! I, Paul, am telling you that if you get yourselves circumcised, Christ will not benefit you at all.

Look! I, Paul, tell you that if you have yourselves circumcised, Christ will be of no benefit to you.

Behold, I Paul say unto you, that, if ye receive circumcision, Christ will profit you nothing.

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love.

And certain men came down from Judea and taught the brethren,“ Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved.”

Yet not even Titus who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised.And this occurred because of false brethren secretly brought in( who came in by stealth to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage),to whom we did not yield submission even for an hour, that the truth of the gospel might continue with you.

And I testify again to every man who becomes circumcised that he is a debtor to keep the whole law.You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace.

but Israel, pursuing the law of righteousness, has not attained to the law of righteousness.Why? Because they did not seek it by faith, but as it were, by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumbling stone.

Paul wanted to have him go on with him. And he took him and circumcised him because of the Jews who were in that region, for they all knew that his father was Greek.And as they went through the cities, they delivered to them the decrees to keep, which were determined by the apostles and elders at Jerusalem.

For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God.

And I, brethren, if I still preach circumcision, why do I still suffer persecution? Then the offense of the cross has ceased.

For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it.

Now I, Paul, myself am pleading with you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ— who in presence am lowly among you, but being absent am bold toward you.

Since we have heard that some who went out from us have troubled you with words, unsettling your souls, saying,“ You must be circumcised and keep the law”— to whom we gave no such commandment—

Therefore we wanted to come to you— even I, Paul, time and again— but Satan hindered us.

yet for love’s sake I rather appeal to you— being such a one as Paul, the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ—
