Look: I, Paul, say to you that if you accept circumcision, Christ will be of no advantage to you.

Listen! I, Paul, tell you this: If you are counting on circumcision to make you right with God, then Christ will be of no benefit to you.

Take note! I, Paul, am telling you that if you get yourselves circumcised, Christ will not benefit you at all.

Look! I, Paul, tell you that if you have yourselves circumcised, Christ will be of no benefit to you.

Indeed I, Paul, say to you that if you become circumcised, Christ will profit you nothing.

Behold, I Paul say unto you, that, if ye receive circumcision, Christ will profit you nothing.

Take note! I, Paul, tell you that if you get yourselves circumcised, Christ will not benefit you at all.

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.

Certain people came down from Judea to Antioch and were teaching the believers:“ Unless you are circumcised, according to the custom taught by Moses, you cannot be saved.”

Yet not even Titus, who was with me, was compelled to be circumcised, even though he was a Greek.This matter arose because some false believers had infiltrated our ranks to spy on the freedom we have in Christ Jesus and to make us slaves.We did not give in to them for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel might be preserved for you.

Again I declare to every man who lets himself be circumcised that he is obligated to obey the whole law.You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.

but the people of Israel, who pursued the law as the way of righteousness, have not attained their goal.Why not? Because they pursued it not by faith but as if it were by works. They stumbled over the stumbling stone.

Paul wanted to take him along on the journey, so he circumcised him because of the Jews who lived in that area, for they all knew that his father was a Greek.As they traveled from town to town, they delivered the decisions reached by the apostles and elders in Jerusalem for the people to obey.

For I can testify about them that they are zealous for God, but their zeal is not based on knowledge.Since they did not know the righteousness of God and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness.

Brothers and sisters, if I am still preaching circumcision, why am I still being persecuted? In that case the offense of the cross has been abolished.

For we also have had the good news proclaimed to us, just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, because they did not share the faith of those who obeyed.

By the humility and gentleness of Christ, I appeal to you— I, Paul, who am“ timid” when face to face with you, but“ bold” toward you when away!

We have heard that some went out from us without our authorization and disturbed you, troubling your minds by what they said.

For we wanted to come to you— certainly I, Paul, did, again and again— but Satan blocked our way.

yet I prefer to appeal to you on the basis of love. It is as none other than Paul— an old man and now also a prisoner of Christ Jesus—
