It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

Christ has set us free to enjoy our freedom. So remain strong in the faith. Don’t let the chains of slavery hold you again.

For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.

So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law.

A son remains forever.If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death.

This was because of the false brothers secretly brought in, who stole in to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage,

But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, why do you turn back again to the weak and miserable elemental principles, to which you desire to be in bondage all over again?

So then, brothers, we are not children of a servant, but of the free woman.

let’s hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering; for he who promised is faithful.

Watch! Stand firm in the faith! Be courageous! Be strong!

promising them liberty, while they themselves are bondservants of corruption; for a man is brought into bondage by whoever overcomes him.

Remember therefore how you have received and heard. Keep it and repent. If therefore you won’t watch, I will come as a thief, and you won’t know what hour I will come upon you.

But you, beloved, keep building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit.Keep yourselves in God’s love, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life.

But now we have been discharged from the law, having died to that in which we were held; so that we serve in newness of the spirit, and not in oldness of the letter.

Now therefore why do you tempt God, that you should put a yoke on the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?

For he who was called in the Lord being a bondservant is the Lord’s free man. Likewise he who was called being free is Christ’s bondservant.

The Lord Yahweh’s Spirit is on me, because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and release to those who are bound,

“ Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls.For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

Restore to me the joy of your salvation. Uphold me with a willing spirit.

Being made free from sin, you became bondservants of righteousness.

The Holy Spirit is indicating this, that the way into the Holy Place wasn’t yet revealed while the first tabernacle was still standing.This is a symbol of the present age, where gifts and sacrifices are offered that are incapable, concerning the conscience, of making the worshiper perfect,being only( with meats and drinks and various washings) fleshly ordinances, imposed until a time of reformation.But Christ having come as a high priest of the coming good things, through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation,

Therefore don’t throw away your boldness, which has a great reward.For you need endurance so that, having done the will of God, you may receive the promise.“ In a very little while, he who comes will come, and will not wait.But the righteous will live by faith. If he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.”But we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the saving of the soul.

Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the Lord’s work, because you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

Buy the truth, and don’t sell it. Get wisdom, discipline, and understanding.

Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,

Nevertheless, hold that which you have firmly until I come.

Only let your way of life be worthy of the Good News of Christ, that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your state, that you stand firm in one spirit, with one soul striving for the faith of the Good News;

For now we live, if you stand fast in the Lord.

For they bind heavy burdens that are grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not lift a finger to help them.

Having then a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let’s hold tightly to our confession.

For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence firm to the end,

Beloved, while I was very eager to write to you about our common salvation, I was constrained to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.

but Christ is faithful as a Son over his house. We are his house, if we hold fast our confidence and the glorying of our hope firm to the end.

But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor.

Let no one therefore judge you in eating, or in drinking, or with respect to a feast day or a new moon or a Sabbath day,which are a shadow of the things to come; but the body is Christ’s.Let no one rob you of your prize by self- abasement and worshiping of the angels, dwelling in the things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,and not holding firmly to the Head, from whom all the body, being supplied and knit together through the joints and ligaments, grows with God’s growth.If you died with Christ from the elements of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to ordinances,“ Don’t handle, nor taste, nor touch”( all of which perish with use), according to the precepts and doctrines of men?

But the Jerusalem that is above is free, which is the mother of us all.

So then, brothers, stand firm and hold the traditions which you were taught by us, whether by word or by letter.

So then if, while the husband lives, she is joined to another man, she would be called an adulteress. But if the husband dies, she is free from the law, so that she is no adulteress, though she is joined to another man.
