若夫徒恃律法者、則實處於咒咀之下。經不云乎：『凡不遵行律法之一切規定者、應服咒詛。』

For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse, as it is written:“ Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.”

All who depend on obeying the law are under a curse. It is written,“ May everyone who doesn’t continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law be under God’s curse.”( Deuteronomy 27:26)

For all who rely on works of the law are under a curse; for it is written,“ Cursed be everyone who does not abide by all things written in the Book of the Law, and do them.”

But those who depend on the law to make them right with God are under his curse, for the Scriptures say,“ Cursed is everyone who does not observe and obey all the commands that are written in God’s Book of the Law.”

For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse, because it is written, Everyone who does not do everything written in the book of the law is cursed.

For all who are of works of the Law are under a curse; for it is written:“ Cursed is everyone who does not abide by all the things written in the book of the Law, to do them.”

For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written,“ Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them.”

「『不堅守遵行這律法之話的，必受詛咒！』眾百姓要說：『阿們！』」

因為體貼肉體就是與上帝為敵，對上帝的律法不順服，事實上也無法順服。

我們知道律法所說的話都是對律法之下的人說的，好塞住各人的口，使普世的人都伏在上帝的審判之下。所以，凡血肉之軀沒有一個能因律法的行為而在上帝面前稱義，因為律法本是要人認識罪。

但你們若按外貌待人就是犯罪，是被律法定為犯法的。因為凡遵守全部律法的，只違背了一條就是違犯了所有的律法。原來那說「不可姦淫」的，也說「不可殺人」。你就是不姦淫，卻殺人，也是成為違犯律法的。

對他們說，耶和華－以色列的上帝如此說：『不聽從這約之話的人必受詛咒。

因為罪的工價乃是死；惟有上帝的恩賜，在我們的主基督耶穌裏，乃是永生。

可是我們知道，人稱義不是因律法的行為，而是因信耶穌基督，我們也信了基督耶穌，為要使我們因信基督稱義，不因律法的行為稱義，因為，凡血肉之軀沒有一個能因律法的行為稱義。

因為律法是惹動憤怒的，哪裏沒有律法，哪裏就沒有過犯。

耶和華必不願饒恕他；耶和華的怒氣與妒忌必向他如煙冒出，將這書上所寫的一切詛咒都加在他身上，耶和華也要從天下塗去他的名。

「看，我今日將祝福與詛咒都陳明在你們面前。你們若聽從耶和華－你們上帝的誡命，就是我今日所吩咐你們的，就必蒙福。你們若不聽從耶和華－你們上帝的誡命，偏離我今日所吩咐你們的道，去隨從你們所不認識的別神，就必受詛咒。

看哪，所有的生命都是屬我的；父親的生命怎樣屬我，兒子的生命也照樣屬我；然而犯罪的，他必定死。

「王又要向那左邊的說：『你們這被詛咒的人，離開我！進入那為魔鬼和他的使者所預備的永火裏去！

以前沒有律法的時候，我是活的；但是誡命來到，罪活起來，我就死了。那本該叫人活的誡命反而叫我死。因為罪趁着機會，藉着誡命誘惑我，並且藉着誡命殺了我。這樣看來，律法是聖的，誡命也是聖的、義的、善的。那麼，那善的是叫我死嗎？絕對不是！叫我死的是罪。罪藉着那善的叫我死，為要顯出這真是罪，以致罪藉着誡命更顯出是惡極了。

耶穌向那些自以為義而藐視別人的人講了這比喻：「有兩個人上聖殿去禱告，一個是法利賽人，一個是稅吏。法利賽人獨自站着，自言自語地禱告說：『上帝啊，我感謝你，我不像別人勒索、不義、姦淫，也不像這個稅吏。我每週禁食兩次，凡我所得的都獻上十分之一。』那稅吏遠遠地站着，連舉目望天也不敢，只捶着胸，說：『上帝啊，開恩可憐我這個罪人！』

因此，我要凌辱聖所的領袖，使雅各遭毀滅，使以色列受辱罵。」
