Now we know that whatever things the law says, it speaks to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be closed, and all the world may be brought under the judgment of God.Because by the works of the law, no flesh will be justified in his sight; for through the law comes the knowledge of sin.

But now we have been discharged from the law, having died to that in which we were held; so that we serve in newness of the spirit, and not in oldness of the letter.What shall we say then? who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.

how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without defect to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

For Christ is the fulfillment of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.For Moses writes about the righteousness of the law,“ The one who does them will live by them.”

If you died with Christ from the elements of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to ordinances,

I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I that live, but Christ lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.

So that the law has become our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

For sin will not have dominion over you. For you are not under law, but under grace.

who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify for himself a people for his own possession, zealous for good works.

He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds.
