As we have said before, and now I say again, if any one is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, let him be condemned to hell!

我已言之、今復言之、若有人傳福音於爾、異於爾所受者、則當被阿拿提瑪、

吾儕前已言之、茲予重復言之、倘有人授爾等以福音、異乎爾等嚮之所受者、則斯人之服咒咀也必矣。

As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let them be under God’s curse!

I have already said it. Now I will say it again. Suppose someone preaches a“ good news” that is different from what you accepted. That person should be cursed by God.

As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed.

I say again what we have said before: If anyone preaches any other Good News than the one you welcomed, let that person be cursed.

As we have said before, I now say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, a curse be on him!

As we have said before, even now I say again: if anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed!

As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed.

As we have said before, so say I now again, If any man preacheth unto you any gospel other than that which ye received, let him be anathema.

I testify to the one who hears the words of the prophecy contained in this book: If anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book.And if anyone takes away from the words of this book of prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city that are described in this book.

Do not add to his words, lest he reprove you, and prove you to be a liar.

Do not add a thing to what I command you nor subtract from it, so that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God that I am delivering to you.

( 13: 1) You must be careful to do everything I am commanding you. Do not add to it or subtract from it!Suppose a prophet or one who foretells by dreams should appear among you and show you a sign or wonder,and the sign or wonder should come to pass concerning what he said to you, namely,“ Let us follow other gods”– gods whom you have not previously known–“ and let us serve them.”You must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer, for the LORD your God will be testing you to see if you love him with all your mind and being.You must follow the LORD your God and revere only him; and you must observe his commandments, obey him, serve him, and remain loyal to him.As for that prophet or dreamer, he must be executed because he encouraged rebellion against the LORD your God who brought you from the land of Egypt, redeeming you from that place of slavery, and because he has tried to entice you from the way the LORD your God has commanded you to go. In this way you must purge out evil from within.Suppose your own full brother, your son, your daughter, your beloved wife, or your closest friend should seduce you secretly and encourage you to go and serve other gods that neither you nor your ancestors have previously known,the gods of the surrounding people( whether near you or far from you, from one end of the earth to the other).You must not give in to him or even listen to him; do not feel sympathy for him or spare him or cover up for him.Instead, you must kill him without fail! Your own hand must be the first to strike him, and then the hands of the whole community.You must stone him to death because he tried to entice you away from the LORD your God, who delivered you from the land of Egypt, that place of slavery.Thus all Israel will hear and be afraid; no longer will they continue to do evil like this among you.

Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who create dissensions and obstacles contrary to the teaching that you learned. Avoid them!

This is the third time I am coming to visit you. By the testimony of two or three witnesses every matter will be established.I said before when I was present the second time and now, though absent, I say again to those who sinned previously and to all the rest, that if I come again, I will not spare anyone,

Therefore when I was planning to do this, I did not do so without thinking about what I was doing, did I? Or do I make my plans according to mere human standards so that I would be saying both“ Yes, yes” and“ No, no” at the same time?

Finally, my brothers and sisters, rejoice in the Lord! To write this again is no trouble to me, and it is a safeguard for you.

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I say, rejoice!
