As we have said before, even now I say again: if anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed!

吾儕前已言之、茲予重復言之、倘有人授爾等以福音、異乎爾等嚮之所受者、則斯人之服咒咀也必矣。

As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let them be under God’s curse!

I have already said it. Now I will say it again. Suppose someone preaches a“ good news” that is different from what you accepted. That person should be cursed by God.

As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed.

I say again what we have said before: If anyone preaches any other Good News than the one you welcomed, let that person be cursed.

As we have said before, I now say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, a curse be on him!

I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book;and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the tree of life and from the holy city, which are written in this book.

Do not add to His words Or He will rebuke you, and you will be proved a liar.

You shall not add to the word which I am commanding you, nor take away from it, so that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I am commanding you.

“ Whatever I command you, you shall be careful to do; you shall not add to nor take anything away from it.“ If a prophet or a dreamer of dreams arises among you and gives you a sign or a wonder,and the sign or the wonder comes true, of which he spoke to you, saying,‘ Let’s follow other gods( whom you have not known) and let’s serve them,’you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer of dreams; for the Lord your God is testing you to find out whether you love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.You shall follow the Lord your God and fear Him; and you shall keep His commandments, listen to His voice, serve Him, and cling to Him.But that prophet or that dreamer of dreams shall be put to death, because he has spoken falsely against the Lord your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt and redeemed you from the house of slavery, to drive you from the way in which the Lord your God commanded you to walk. So you shall eliminate the evil from among you.“ If your brother, your mother’s son, or your son or daughter, or the wife you cherish, or your friend who is like your own soul, entices you secretly, saying,‘ Let’s go and serve other gods’( whom neither you nor your fathers have known,of the gods of the peoples who are around you, near you, or far from you, from one end of the earth to the other end),you shall not consent to him or listen to him; and your eye shall not pity him, nor shall you spare or conceal him.Instead, you shall most certainly kill him; your hand shall be first against him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people.So you shall stone him to death, because he has attempted to drive you away from the Lord your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.Then all Israel will hear about it and be afraid, and will not do such a wicked thing among you again.

Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them.

This is the third time that I am coming to you. On the testimony of two or three witnesses every matter shall be confirmed.I have previously said when I was present the second time, and though now absent I say in advance to those who have sinned in the past and to all the rest as well, that if I come again I will not spare anyone,

Therefore, I was not vacillating when I intended to do this, was I? Or what I decide, do I decide according to the flesh, so that with me there will be yes, yes and no, no at the same time?

Finally, my brothers and sisters, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things again is no trouble for me, and it is a safeguard for you.

Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice!
