But I make known to you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man.For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came through the revelation of Jesus Christ.

But the Lord said to him,“ Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings, and the children of Israel.For I will show him how many things he must suffer for My name’s sake.”

Paul, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated to the gospel of God

but has in due time manifested His word through preaching, which was committed to me according to the commandment of God our Savior;

Then he said,‘ The God of our fathers has chosen you that you should know His will, and see the Just One, and hear the voice of His mouth.For you will be His witness to all men of what you have seen and heard.And now why are you waiting? Arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.’“ Now it happened, when I returned to Jerusalem and was praying in the temple, that I was in a tranceand saw Him saying to me,‘ Make haste and get out of Jerusalem quickly, for they will not receive your testimony concerning Me.’So I said,‘ Lord, they know that in every synagogue I imprisoned and beat those who believe on You.And when the blood of Your martyr Stephen was shed, I also was standing by consenting to his death, and guarding the clothes of those who were killing him.’Then He said to me,‘ Depart, for I will send you far from here to the Gentiles.’”

that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,

But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you.I will deliver you from the Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you,to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.’

To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ,

according to the glorious gospel of the blessed God which was committed to my trust.And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has enabled me, because He counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry,although I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man; but I obtained mercy because I did it ignorantly in unbelief.And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ Jesus.

So I said,‘ What shall I do, Lord?’ And the Lord said to me,‘ Arise and go into Damascus, and there you will be told all things which are appointed for you to do.’

So he, trembling and astonished, said,“ Lord, what do You want me to do?” Then the Lord said to him,“ Arise and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.”

Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, according to the promise of life which is in Christ Jesus,

and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty powerwhich He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,

“ And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write,‘ These things says the First and the Last, who was dead, and came to life:

and declared to be the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.Through Him we have received grace and apostleship for obedience to the faith among all nations for His name,

but also for us. It shall be imputed to us who believe in Him who raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead,who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification.

Then Jesus answered and said to them,“ Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.

I and My Father are one.”

I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.

So Jesus said to them again,“ Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying,“ All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

who through Him believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.

As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said,“ Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.”Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away.So, being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia, and from there they sailed to Cyprus.

For to this end Christ died and rose and lived again, that He might be Lord of both the dead and the living.

Do we begin again to commend ourselves? Or do we need, as some others, epistles of commendation to you or letters of commendation from you?You are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men;clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart.

“ Men and brethren, this Scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spoke before by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus;for he was numbered with us and obtained a part in this ministry.”( Now this man purchased a field with the wages of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst open in the middle and all his entrails gushed out.And it became known to all those dwelling in Jerusalem; so that field is called in their own language, Akel Dama, that is, Field of Blood.)“ For it is written in the book of Psalms:‘ Let his dwelling place be desolate, And let no one live in it’; and,‘ Let another take his office.’“ Therefore, of these men who have accompanied us all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us,beginning from the baptism of John to that day when He was taken up from us, one of these must become a witness with us of His resurrection.”And they proposed two: Joseph called Barsabas, who was surnamed Justus, and Matthias.And they prayed and said,“ You, O Lord, who know the hearts of all, show which of these two You have chosento take part in this ministry and apostleship from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place.”And they cast their lots, and the lot fell on Matthias. And he was numbered with the eleven apostles.

whom God raised up, having loosed the pains of death, because it was not possible that He should be held by it.For David says concerning Him:‘ I foresaw the Lord always before my face, For He is at my right hand, that I may not be shaken.Therefore my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad; Moreover my flesh also will rest in hope.For You will not leave my soul in Hades, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.You have made known to me the ways of life; You will make me full of joy in Your presence.’“ Men and brethren, let me speak freely to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that of the fruit of his body, according to the flesh, He would raise up the Christ to sit on his throne,he, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption.This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses.

and killed the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses.
