Whoever does not obey the law of your God and the law of the king must surely be punished by death, banishment, confiscation of property, or imprisonment.

Anyone who doesn’t obey the law of your God must be punished. The same thing applies to anyone who doesn’t obey my law. The people must be punished in keeping with the laws they have broken. Some of them must be put to death. Others must be forced to leave the places where they live. Others must have their property taken away from them. Still others must be put in prison.

Whoever will not obey the law of your God and the law of the king, let judgment be strictly executed on him, whether for death or for banishment or for confiscation of his goods or for imprisonment.”

Anyone who refuses to obey the law of your God and the law of the king will be punished immediately, either by death, banishment, confiscation of goods, or imprisonment.”

Anyone who does not keep the law of your God and the law of the king, let the appropriate judgment be executed against him, whether death, banishment, confiscation of property, or imprisonment.

And whoever does not comply with the Law of your God and the law of the king, judgment is to be executed upon him strictly, whether for death or for banishment, or for confiscation of property or for imprisonment.”

Whoever will not observe the law of your God and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily on him, whether it be death, or banishment, or confiscation of goods, or imprisonment.

And whosoever will not do the law of thy God, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed upon him with all diligence, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment.

Anyone who does not keep the law of your God and the law of the king, let a fair judgment be executed against him, whether death, banishment, confiscation of property, or imprisonment.

And whosoever will not do the law of thy God, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily upon him, whether[ it be] unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment.

Everyone who does not observe both the law of your God and the law of the king will be completely liable to the appropriate penalty, whether it is death or banishment or confiscation of property or detainment in prison.”

Whoever will not do the law of your God and the law of the king, let judgment be executed on him with all diligence, whether it is to death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment.

我頒詔天下、如違我命、則取其室之梁木立之、懸其人於上、以其室為厠。

王曰、沙得臘、米煞、亞伯尼坷、賴其上帝、余雖降命、彼寧焚其身、不拜他上帝、故上帝遣使救援、當頌美不已。我今頒詔命、諸民人族姓、凡瀆沙得臘、米煞、亞伯尼坷之上帝者、必剖其體、以其室為厠、蓋無他上帝、能救人若此。

在猶大地上帝使民一心、遵從王與群伯所傳耶和華命。○

我諭通國民人、當寅畏但以理之上帝、彼為永生之上帝、其國靡暨、永世弗替、

如爾中有先知、有作夢者、預言異跡奇事、所言有應、即教人曰、別有上帝、宜從而事之、然此上帝爾所未識、故勿聽其言、蓋爾上帝試爾、欲知爾一心一意、愛爾上帝耶和華否。惟爾當遵從敬畏爾上帝耶和華、守其誡、聽其命、恆久事之。昔爾上帝耶和華、導爾出埃及、脫爾於賤役、惟彼先知、與作夢者、欲使爾違爾上帝耶和華、離其所命之道、則必見殺、為爾中絕其惡。如爾同母之兄弟、或爾子女、或眷愛之妻、或契合之友、私誘爾曰、宜服事他上帝、然此上帝爾與爾祖所未識者、或四周遠近諸民之上帝、自地極至天涯、爾毋允從、毋聽順、毋姑縱、毋矜恤、毋藏匿、爾先擊之、後民擊之、必殺毋赦。彼欲惑爾、俾爾違逆、故當以石擊之、致之於死、蓋導爾出埃及、脫爾於賤役者、爾上帝耶和華是也。以色列族眾、既聞是言、震驚特甚、不復行此惡於爾中。爾上帝耶和華、錫爾眾邑、俾爾居處、浸假一邑之中有匪類、誘其居民、事素所未識之上帝、爾聞之、

上帝必使爾永亡、驅爾於室外、滅爾於宇內兮、

耶和華諭摩西曰、告以色列族、凡爾族中、爰及賓旅、獻子女以享摩洛者、殺無赦、民以石擊之。彼獻子女、以享摩洛、污我聖室、瀆我聖名、我必降罰、絕於民中。若鄰里目擊其事、佯為不見、不置之死、我必罰之、及其眷聚、凡縱私欲奉摩洛、效彼為非者、絕之民中。憑於卜神、而為巫覡。有狥欲以從者、我必罰之、絕於民中。我耶和華爾之上帝所命如此、爾當成聖、當守我律法、我耶和華使爾成聖。詛父母者、罪歸之、殺無赦。淫人妻者、殺無赦、淫夫淫婦必殺。烝父繼室、則辱己父、罪歸之、俱殺無赦。如亂其媳、則逆人倫、其罪歸之、俱殺無赦。漁獵男色、是屬可憎、其罪歸之、俱殺無赦。如人娶妻而並娶妻之母、則為惡俗、三者必爇以火、使惡俗去於爾中。如人與獸淫合、必殺無赦、亦必殺獸。如女淫於獸、其罪歸之、俱殺無赦。如人娶姊妹、無論同父異母、異父同母者、皆辱姊妹、斯為惡俗、厥罪歸之、俱絕於民中。如婦癸至、人與同寢、婦亦相從、則犯其經、俱絕於民中。勿烝父母之姊妹、因辱戚屬、必負罪愆。如烝伯叔之妻、則辱伯叔、俱必負罪、而絕其嗣。如娶兄弟之妻、則辱兄弟、此屬可憎、必絕其嗣。我法度禮儀、爾當恪守、則我所導爾入之地、可容爾居。居斯土者、蹈諸愆尤、我憎而逐之、爾勿則效。我耶和華爾之上帝、區別爾曹、異於凡民、許爾得地、賜爾產乳與蜜之土、故當區別潔與不潔之禽獸、凡我所示為不潔之禽獸、運行於地之昆蟲、爾勿捫之、致為可憎、我耶和華乃聖、已區別爾曹、異於凡民、爾既屬我、故當成聖。有憑於卜神、而為巫覡者、殺無赦、其罪歸之、當擊以石。

民所當守之法、爾宣布於民。如購希百來僕、可事主六年、七年釋之、不索其贖、若僕之來、孑然一身、其去也亦如是。若與妻偕來、亦必與妻偕去。若主給以妻、生子女、則眷聚屬主、僕孑然而去。僕愛厥主、眷戀妻子、不忍舍去、明以告主。則其主必攜之至士師、附門或門橛、以鑽貫耳、俾僕恆事其主。如人鬻女為婢、則不得釋、不與僕同。如主納之而不見悅、是欺之也、則可容其自贖、不可鬻於他族。如己為子聘、則視之如女。倘別有所娶、則待此女好合無間、衣食無減。設待之不若是、則容彼自去、毋索其贖、毋傷其財。擊人死者殺無赦。如殺人非出有意、乃上帝假手於爾、我必示爾以可避之處。如惡謀詭計殺人、雖逋逃於祭壇、亦執以償。擊父母者殺無赦。攘竊人民、或鬻之、或留之者、殺無赦。詛父母者殺無赦。彼此相爭、有為拳石所擊、命弗致傷、委頓床第、後起、杖而能行、則擊之者免刑、惟償其失時之值、而醫痊之。如擊僕婢、立斃杖下者、必受刑。倘僕數日不死、則主不受刑、因以金購故也。相鬥誤擊妊婦墮胎、而無他害、則當罰金、依夫所定、折中於士師。
