Now I decree that any of the Israelites in my kingdom, including priests and Levites, who volunteer to go to Jerusalem with you, may go.

Ezra, I am giving an order about the Israelites in my kingdom. Any of them who want to go to Jerusalem with you may go. The order also allows priests and Levites to go with you.

I make a decree that anyone of the people of Israel or their priests or Levites in my kingdom, who freely offers to go to Jerusalem, may go with you.

于是下了命令，通告全以色列，从别是巴直到但，叫人民来耶路撒冷守逾越节记念耶和华以色列的神，因为照着所记的定例举行这节的人不多。

王就下令这样行；谕旨传遍书珊，人就把哈曼的十个儿子挂在木架上。

圣灵和新娘都说：“来！”听见的人也要说：“来！”口渴的人也要来！愿意的人都要白白接受生命的水！

他把它们立定，直到永永远远；他立了定律，永不废去（“废去”或译：“越过”）。

你们中间凡是他的子民，愿神与他同在的，都可以上犹大的耶路撒冷去，建造耶和华以色列的神的殿，他是在耶路撒冷受敬拜的神。

驿使奉王命急忙出发，御旨从书珊城颁布出去。那时王与哈曼又同坐共饮，书珊城的居民却非常慌乱。

然而在巴比伦王古列元年，古列王下令重建这神的殿。

神为了成全自己的美意，就在你们里面动工，使你们可以立志和行事。
