我見有一手、向我而伸、手中有卷、

我命人考察、得知此邑自古叛逆君王、其中恆有反亂叛逆之事、

我為貧者之父、素不識者、我為之伸冤抑、

我即云我來、在書卷載有論我之言、

隱事乃天主之榮、察事乃君王之榮、或作萬理奧秘天主之榮作事審察君王之榮

於是耶利米復取一卷、予尼利亞子繕寫巴錄、巴錄又循耶利米口傳、以猶大王約雅敬所焚前卷之諸言、書於其上、外增多詞、意同前言、
