你們中間凡作他子民的，可以上猶大的耶路撒冷去，重建耶和華－以色列神的殿，他是在耶路撒冷的神；願神與這人同在。

「我亞達薛西王又降旨達於河西所有的司庫：『精通天上之神律法的以斯拉祭司文士無論向你們要甚麼，你們要速速辦理，
