省長利宏、祕書伸帥寫了一通呈文給亞達薛西王控告耶路撒冷人；寫的如下：那時省長利宏、祕書伸帥、和他們其餘的同僚、司法官、將軍、河外巡撫、亞基衛人、巴比倫人、書珊人、就是以攔人、

他們的腳飛快、要流人的血；

有禍啊那些在床上圖謀奸惡、暗中作壞事的！因為他們手中有權力、天一亮就實行出來。
