Indeed, the sons of Israel had not done so since the days of Joshua the son of Nun to that day. And there was very great rejoicing.

Then it will come about that any who are left of all the nations that came against Jerusalem will go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of armies, and to celebrate the Feast of Booths.And it will be that whichever of the families of the earth does not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of armies, there will be no rain on them.And if the family of Egypt does not go up or enter, then no rain will fall on them; it will be the plague with which the Lord strikes the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Booths.This will be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Booths.

Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying,“ If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink.

And the taskmasters pressed them, saying,“ Complete your work quota, your daily amount, just as when you had straw.”

And as his allowance, a regular allowance was given to him by the king of Babylon, a portion for each day, all the days of his life until the day of his death.

“ Speak to the sons of Israel, saying,‘ On the fifteenth of this seventh month is the Feast of Booths for seven days to the Lord.On the first day is a holy convocation; you shall not do any laborious work.For seven days you shall present an offering by fire to the Lord. On the eighth day you shall have a holy convocation and present an offering by fire to the Lord; it is an assembly. You shall not do any laborious work.

Now the feast of the Jews, the Feast of Booths, was near.

“ Now this is what you shall offer on the altar: two one year old lambs each day, continuously.
