因因或作雖畏鄰國之民、速速或作仍立祭臺於原處、朝夕於其上獻火焚祭於主、

Despite their fear of the peoples around them, they built the altar on its foundation and sacrificed burnt offerings on it to the Lord, both the morning and evening sacrifices.

The people who built the altar were afraid of the nations around them. But they built it anyway. They set it up where it had stood before. They sacrificed burnt offerings on it to the Lord. They offered the morning and evening sacrifices on it.

They set the altar in its place, for fear was on them because of the peoples of the lands, and they offered burnt offerings on it to the Lord, burnt offerings morning and evening.

Even though the people were afraid of the local residents, they rebuilt the altar at its old site. Then they began to sacrifice burnt offerings on the altar to the Lord each morning and evening.

They set up the altar on its foundation and offered burnt offerings for the morning and evening on it to the LORD even though they feared the surrounding peoples.

那地的民，就在猶大人建造的時候，使他們的手發軟，擾亂他們；

「你要吩咐以色列人說：『獻給我的供物，就是獻給我作馨香火祭的食物，你們要按日期獻給我』；又要對他們說：你們要獻給耶和華的火祭，就是沒有殘疾、一歲的公羊羔，每日兩隻，作為常獻的燔祭。早晨要獻一隻，黃昏的時候要獻一隻；又用細麵伊法十分之一，並搗成的油一欣四分之一，調和作為素祭。這是西奈山所命定為常獻的燔祭，是獻給耶和華為馨香的火祭。為這一隻羊羔，要同獻奠祭的酒一欣四分之一。在聖所中，你要將醇酒奉給耶和華為奠祭。晚上，你要獻那一隻羊羔，必照早晨的素祭和同獻的奠祭獻上，作為馨香的火祭，獻給耶和華。」

我的仇敵終日要把我吞了，因逞驕傲攻擊我的人甚多。我懼怕的時候要倚靠你。我倚靠神，我要讚美他的話；我倚靠神，必不懼怕。血氣之輩能把我怎麼樣呢？

耶和華是我的亮光，是我的拯救，我還怕誰呢？耶和華是我性命的保障，我還懼誰呢？那作惡的就是我的仇敵，前來吃我肉的時候就絆跌仆倒。

他又製造一座銅壇，長二十肘，寬二十肘，高十肘；

上奏亞達薛西王說：「河西的臣民云云：王該知道，從王那裏上到我們這裏的猶大人，已經到耶路撒冷重建這反叛惡劣的城，築立根基，建造城牆。如今王該知道，他們若建造這城，城牆完畢就不再與王進貢，交課，納稅，終久王必受虧損。我們既食御鹽，不忍見王吃虧，因此奏告於王。請王考察先王的實錄，必在其上查知這城是反叛的城，與列王和各省有害；自古以來，其中常有悖逆的事，因此這城曾被拆毀。我們謹奏王知，這城若再建造，城牆完畢，河西之地王就無分了。」

那時，我在亞哈瓦河邊宣告禁食，為要在我們神面前克苦己心，求他使我們和婦人孩子，並一切所有的，都得平坦的道路。我求王撥步兵馬兵幫助我們抵擋路上的仇敵，本以為羞恥；因我曾對王說：「我們神施恩的手必幫助一切尋求他的；但他的能力和忿怒必攻擊一切離棄他的。」

「你每天所要獻在壇上的就是兩隻一歲的羊羔；早晨要獻這一隻，黃昏的時候要獻那一隻。和這一隻羊羔同獻的，要用細麵伊法十分之一與搗成的油一欣四分之一調和，又用酒一欣四分之一作為奠祭。那一隻羊羔要在黃昏的時候獻上，照着早晨的素祭和奠祭的禮辦理，作為獻給耶和華馨香的火祭。這要在耶和華面前、會幕門口，作你們世世代代常獻的燔祭。我要在那裏與你們相會，和你們說話。
