With praise and thanksgiving they sang to the Lord:“ He is good; his love toward Israel endures forever.” And all the people gave a great shout of praise to the Lord, because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid.

They sang to the Lord. They praised him. They gave thanks to him. They said,“ The Lord is good. His faithful love to Israel continues forever.” All the people gave a loud shout. They praised the Lord. They were glad because the foundation of the Lord’ s temple had been laid.

And they sang responsively, praising and giving thanks to the Lord,“ For he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever toward Israel.” And all the people shouted with a great shout when they praised the Lord, because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid.

With praise and thanks, they sang this song to the Lord:“ He is so good! His faithful love for Israel endures forever!” Then all the people gave a great shout, praising the Lord because the foundation of the Lord’s Temple had been laid.

And they sang, praising and giving thanks to the Lord, saying,“ For He is good, for His favor is upon Israel forever.” And all the people shouted with a great shout of joy when they praised the Lord, because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid.

With antiphonal response they sang, praising and glorifying the LORD:“ For he is good; his loyal love toward Israel is forever.” All the people gave a loud shout as they praised the LORD when the temple of the LORD was established.

They sang to one another in praising and giving thanks to Yahweh,“ For he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever toward Israel.” All the people shouted with a great shout, when they praised Yahweh, because the foundation of Yahweh’s house had been laid.

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his faithful love endures forever.

All the Israelites were watching when the fire descended and the glory of the LORD came on the temple. They bowed down on the pavement with their faces to the ground. They worshiped and praised the LORD: For he is good, for his faithful love endures forever.

With them were Heman, Jeduthun, and the rest who were chosen and designated by name to give thanks to the LORD— for his faithful love endures forever.

But from eternity to eternity the LORD’s faithful love is toward those who fear him, and his righteousness toward the grandchildren

The two thanksgiving processions stood in the house of God. So did I and half of the officials accompanying me,

God ascends among shouts of joy, the LORD, with the sound of a ram’s horn.

He then carried me away in the Spirit to a great, high mountain and showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God,arrayed with God’s glory. Her radiance was like a precious jewel, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal.The city had a massive high wall, with twelve gates. Twelve angels were at the gates; the names of the twelve tribes of Israel’s sons were inscribed on the gates.There were three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south, and three gates on the west.The city wall had twelve foundations, and the twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb were on the foundations.

When there is a prolonged blast of the horn and you hear its sound, have all the troops give a mighty shout. Then the city wall will collapse, and the troops will advance, each man straight ahead.”

His mercy is from generation to generation on those who fear him.

After the seventh time, the priests blew the ram’s horns, and Joshua said to the troops,“ Shout! For the LORD has given you the city.

But Joshua had commanded the troops,“ Do not shout or let your voice be heard. Don’t let one word come out of your mouth until the time I say,‘ Shout!’ Then you are to shout.”
