Anyone who failed to appear within three days would forfeit all his property, in accordance with the decision of the officials and elders, and would himself be expelled from the assembly of the exiles.

如果他再不聽，就告訴教會；如果連教會他也不聽，就把他看作教外人和稅吏吧。

他的父母這樣說，是因為怕猶太人，原來猶太人已經定好了，不論誰承認耶穌是基督，就要把那人趕出會堂。

至於教外的人，神會審判他們。你們要把那惡人從你們中間趕出去。

他們說：“你的確是在罪中生的，還敢教訓我們嗎？”就把他趕出去。

人要把你們趕出會堂；並且時候要到，所有要殺害你們的人，以為這樣就是事奉神。

以色列人彼此說：“以色列各支派中，誰沒有與會眾上到耶和華面前來呢？”因為他們曾經起過很嚴厲的誓，說：“不上米斯巴到耶和華面前的，必把他處死。”

眾民聽見了這律法，就跟一切閒雜人分離。

“一切永屬耶和華的聖物，就是人永獻給耶和華的物，無論是人或是牲畜，或是他承受作產業的田地，都不可以變賣，也不可以贖回；一切永獻之物都是歸耶和華為至聖的。

可是，所有的金銀和銅鐵的器皿，都要歸耶和華為聖，存入耶和華的庫房中。”

他牽來一對牛，把牠們切成碎塊，交給使者，送到以色列的全境去，說：“不出來跟從掃羅和撒母耳的，他的牛也必受到這樣的對待。”因眾民懼怕耶和華，他們就都出來，如同一人。

不遵守你神的律法和王的律法的，就要審慎地判決處分，或是處死、或是放逐、或是沒收家產、或是囚禁。”
