主曰、殿中院內、誅戮人民、勿懼其玷、然後出殿、以殲邑眾。五人聽命。

主又諭之曰、爾當污殿、使諸院盈以被殺者、爾曹出哉、遂出而殺戮於邑中、

Then he said to them,“ Defile the temple and fill the courts with the slain. Go!” So they went out and began killing throughout the city.

Then he said to the men,“ Make the temple‘ unclean.’ Fill the courtyards with dead bodies. Go!” So they went out and started killing people all through the city.

Then he said to them,“ Defile the house, and fill the courts with the slain. Go out.” So they went out and struck in the city.

“ Defile the Temple!” the Lord commanded.“ Fill its courtyards with corpses. Go!” So they went and began killing throughout the city.

因此永恆主使迦勒底人的王上來攻擊他們，就在他們聖所的殿裏用刀殺了他們的壯丁，不顧惜壯丁或處女、老邁的或衰弱的；永恆主把這一切人都交在迦勒底王手裏。

他們把它的妝飾之華美變成了狂傲的因由，又用它去製造可憎可厭惡的形像，因此我使他們看它為污穢之物。我必將它交於外族人的手做掠物，交於地上的惡人為擄物；他們必褻瀆它。我必轉臉不顧以色列人，任憑惡人褻瀆我寶貴之地；兇暴人必進來褻瀆她，

正當那時，有在場的人將加利利人的事告訴耶穌：說彼拉多屠殺加利利人，使他們流血跟祭物攙雜在一起。

他拉緊了弓、好像仇敵；他舉了右手站着、如敵人，將悅人眼目的全都殺戮；在錫安小姐的房屋上他倒出他的烈怒像火一樣。永恆主變像仇敵吞滅了以色列；主吞滅了她所有的宮堡，毁壞了她的堡壘；在猶大小姐中加多了悲傷和哀悼。他用暴力破毁了自己的棚幕，好像個賊；他毁壞了制定節期的聚會處；永恆主使制定節期和安息日在錫安都被忘記；他又盛怒忿忿地厭棄君王和祭司。永恆主屏絕了自己的祭壇，斥棄了自己的聖所，將她宮堡的牆交於仇敵手中；他們在永恆主殿中喧嚷，像在制定節日一樣。

上帝啊，外國人進入你的產業，污瀆了你的聖殿，使耶路撒冷成為荒堆；他們把你僕人的屍體交與空中的飛鳥做食物，把你堅貞之民的肉交與地上的野獸；他們在耶路撒冷四圍流你人民的血如水，沒有人給埋葬。
