『不可為你自己造雕像，也不可造上天、下地、及地底下水中任何物件的形像。

『凡可厭惡之物、你都不可喫。

『在那些滋生於地上的動物之中、以下這一類對你們都不潔淨；例如鼬鼠、鼫鼠、蜥蜴、這一類，壁虎、龍子、守宮、蛇醫、蝘蜓。在一切滋生動物之中、以上這些對你們都不潔淨；牠們死了以後，凡觸着他們的、就不潔淨到晚上。

惟獨以下這一類、你們卻不可喫；在倒嚼或分蹄叉趾的之中，你們不可喫駱駝、兔子、石貛、因為牠們倒嚼而不分蹄，牠們對於你們都不潔淨。不可喫豬，因為牠分蹄而不倒嚼；牠對於你們就不潔淨。這些獸的肉你們不可喫，牠們的屍體、你們也不可觸着。

任何在地上爬行的動物的模形、任何在地底下水中的魚的模形。

『賊被捉拿着、怎樣慚愧，以色列家也必怎樣慚愧：他們、他們的列王和首領、他們的祭司和神言人、都慚愧；他們對樹榦說：「你是我的父」，對石頭說：「你是生我的」。他們是以背向着我，不是以面；到遭遇患難時，他們卻說：「起來，拯救我們哦！」

凡用肚子行走的、凡用四腳行走的、或是一切有許多腳的、乃至於一切滋生在地上的動物、你們都不可喫，因為牠們是可憎物。你們不可因甚麼滋生的動物而使自己成為可憎，也不可因這些生物而使自己不潔淨，因而蒙不潔。因為我永恆主是你們的上帝；你們要潔淨自己為聖，而成聖別，因為我是聖的；你們總不可因爬在地上的任何滋生動物而使自己不潔淨。

但是凡在海裏、河裏、和水中的一切滋生物、在水中的一切活物、凡沒有翅沒有鱗的、你們都要以為可憎物。牠們對於你們總要作為可憎物：牠們的肉、你們不可喫，牠們的屍體、你們也要以為可憎。凡在水裏沒有翅沒有鱗的、你們都要以為可憎物。

在谿谷中的圓滑石頭裏有你的分；這些，這些人（！）就是你的鬮分了！你竟向這些澆奠祭，獻上了供物：對這些事我哪能容忍呢？你在高而峻的山上安設你的床，又上那裏去獻祭牲。你在門後、在門框後、安設你的男性像，因為你背着我、露體而上去，擴張你的床，同他們契合；你愛他們的床；你看他們的下體！你帶着膏油走到摩洛那裏，又加多了你的香料，差遣你的使節到遠方去，甚至深入到陰間！你因路途遙遠而困乏，卻不說：『唉，絕望了！』你為了自己的精力得了新生，因此你也不覺得疲弱。
