我入而觀、見有各類昆蟲、與可惡之獸、及以色列家諸偶像、繪於四壁、

予入而觀之、有不潔之獸、昆蟲之狀、及以色列族所拜諸偶像、繪於壁四周、

So I went in and looked, and I saw portrayed all over the walls all kinds of crawling things and unclean animals and all the idols of Israel.

So I went in and saw. And there, engraved on the wall all around, was every form of creeping things and loathsome beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel.

So I went in and saw the walls covered with engravings of all kinds of crawling animals and detestable creatures. I also saw the various idols worshiped by the people of Israel.

I went in and looked, and there engraved all around the wall was every kind of abhorrent thing— crawling creatures and beasts— as well as all the idols of the house of Israel.

「不可為自己雕刻偶像，也不可做甚麼形像彷彿上天、下地，和地底下、水中的百物。

將不能朽壞之神的榮耀變為偶像，彷彿必朽壞的人和飛禽、走獸、昆蟲的樣式。

我先要加倍報應他們的罪孽和罪惡；因為他們用可憎之屍玷污我的地土，又用可厭之物充滿我的產業。」

「凡可憎的物都不可吃。

「地上爬物與你們不潔淨的乃是這些：鼬鼠、鼫鼠、蜥蜴與其類；壁虎、龍子、守宮、蛇醫、蝘蜓。這些爬物都是與你們不潔淨的。在牠死了以後，凡摸了的，必不潔淨到晚上。

但那些倒嚼或是分蹄之中不可吃的乃是駱駝、兔子、沙番－因為是倒嚼不分蹄，就與你們不潔淨；豬－因為是分蹄卻不倒嚼，就與你們不潔淨。這些獸的肉，你們不可吃，死的也不可摸。

或地上爬物的像，或地底下水中魚的像。

賊被捉拿，怎樣羞愧，以色列家和他們的君王、首領、祭司、先知也都照樣羞愧。他們向木頭說：你是我的父；向石頭說：你是生我的。他們以背向我，不以面向我；及至遭遇患難的時候卻說：起來拯救我們。

凡用肚子行走的和用四足行走的，或是有許多足的，就是一切爬在地上的，你們都不可吃，因為是可憎的。你們不可因甚麼爬物使自己成為可憎的，也不可因這些使自己不潔淨，以致染了污穢。我是耶和華－你們的神；所以你們要成為聖潔，因為我是聖潔的。你們也不可因地上的爬物污穢自己。

凡在海裏、河裏，並一切水裏游動的活物，無翅無鱗的，你們都當以為可憎。這些無翅無鱗、以為可憎的，你們不可吃牠的肉；死的也當以為可憎。凡水裏無翅無鱗的，你們都當以為可憎。

在谷中光滑石頭裏有你的分。這些就是你所得的分；你也向他澆了奠祭，獻了供物，因這事我豈能容忍嗎？你在高而又高的山上安設牀榻，也上那裏去獻祭。你在門後，在門框後，立起你的紀念；向外人赤露，又上去擴張牀榻，與他們立約；你在那裏看見他們的牀就甚喜愛。你把油帶到王那裏，又多加香料，打發使者往遠方去，自卑自賤直到陰間，你因路遠疲倦，卻不說這是枉然；你以為有復興之力，所以不覺疲憊。

因以色列輕忽了她的淫亂，和石頭木頭行淫，地就被玷污了。
